BRITALINA Beach House

We had travel-led to goa for 3 d and 2 n in a group of 4 member, the last minute booking at this residency was a great option that we choose. We were welcomed by arif sarkar who is a great person with a great humanity and very helpful person. In such a short time we had built great relationship b/w us. He helped us in every manner with his advice and contacts. As a place this residency is surrounded by baga & calangute beach with 2km radius and if any bike rental or water activities or cruise party you can always reach arif sarkar who would help in arranging all that we are looking in goa for self ride and the places. I would warmly thanks to arif sarkar in assisting us while we were in goa.

Hotel was very beautiful. Environment was eco friendly. Picture and art on the wall represent the beauty of Goa. Rooms with balcony found with beautiful view. Service from receptionist was awesome. They have all facilities including Scooty, watersports, Clubs parties. We are 8 people out of them 4 were girls. Safety for girls. I can rate them 10/10 ✅ We were very comfortable with the room service and staff. All things were very clean. Thank You for making our Goa Trip Best. I will definitely recommend others as well next time will come to this BRITALINA Beach House only. It is budget Friendly and best.

We have stayed for 4 days, had a very late check -in due to train late but we got hustle free smooth check in there. Hotel was walkable distance from calangute beach with free parking. Neat & clean room with amenities like ac gyeser, tv fridge though fridge, tv was not working but we have bo need for them so that doesn't bother me. Stuff was very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Only negative point was room cleaning was not there although we have asked to do that as the room got very sandy because it's a nearby beach place.

It was a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained. It had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy living room, balcony and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The host was also very accommodating and responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Super and calm location very near to calanguty beach and 2 km from baga beach. Location and rooms are super. Air conditioning room and lot of additional beds are available. The apartment room with balcony and guest room are fabulous. Only one thing that the management have to take little care is about replacing bed sheets with new one for the new guests. Also expect little more friendly attitude from the care taker. Over all evening thing is fine.

Location of this property is perfect everything was quickly accessible from this place. Like all beaches, BRITALINA Beach Houses etc property was maintained well staff was polite & helpful parking was available ac was working fine just couple of problems i faced during my stay was tv was not in working condition and hot water issue as well overall it was good stay thank you

Firstly the property is on the best location as all the beaches is near by us. Secondly the staff is well mannered, polite and very helpful especially arif is very nice person, he guide us so well. We didn’t tried their food but all other facilities were given the rooms and washroom were well cleaned on daily basis. We enjoyed their so much without any problem.

Great place with safety and responsibilities and specially location is very good.

The property where we stayed is very gd place. Prime location wrt calangute beach & market place. Can easily get local buses & rental cars or bikes. Property was specious. Owner was gd provided good service & helpful as well. All the things are already mentioned which i feel

Prime location and peaceful place. No water facility. One has to buy water bottles. Calangute beach is at walking distance.
