British County Resorts

The British County Resorts is described as 4 star but we got 5 Star services here. Firstly, we got such a pleasant view from balcony. Then, they took care of all our requests and resolved all issues asap with politeness and smile. The manager Bivin even arranged vehicle and cake for us at such a short notice. The food service at their restaurant could have been quicker and better but still a very memorable stay for us. Highly recommended.

The stay was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and the service was also good. I was especially satisfied with the overall ambience of the room and the food. Location of the British County Resorts was also pretty good and was better than the expectations. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Good place to visit with family. Standard was pretty well maintained. Worth the money and i had a great trip. Hotel was also couple friendly

The stay was quiet pleasant and all staff were well trained and well behaved. The view from room was beautiful as the location of the property was a well planned and well executed. Nearby leisure activities were there and the British County Resorts was located not ao far from the local town. The food served was good in both quality and quantity, and was worth the money spent. Overall experience was excellent.

The stay was excellent.The room was very clean.Washroom was clean and good.The foodat B/F, Lunch and Dinner was very tasty .Service was excellent.Manager Arun Johnny was a surprise perk of this stay.He helped us in every demand with a smile.He arranged birthday celebration of my cousin at a very short notice.Overall a stay to remember for a long time.

The property is located very close to anachal, a small town near munnar. You get autos and jeeps to travel to the nearby spots. The property is excellent, with valley facing rooms. The amenities are good and service is commendable. Overall, had a great stay and i plan to visit again soon. Breakfast service is also good.

The rooms are spacious and have breathtaking views. The picture here doesnot do justice with what the place offers.

Room was clean and tidy with beautiful scenic view. Room service and restraunts service was also upto the mark. Food was average could be better

Nice ambience and location. The manager is very hardworking and helpful at all times. Service was quick and only breakfast service needs to be improved.
