Broad Bean Hotel

Hotel is good, convenient location, just are the side of central bus station, more of business Broad Bean Hotel (no beach or nature view, neither expected it), Property is good, spacious, sufficient parking space. Food is good, specifically thali in lunch was excellent. Staff were helpful, nice behavior, smooth check in and check out. Room was spacious, bathroom good, have exhaust. However ceiling low, no fan, fully dependent on AC. Challenge of air circulation, do becomes bit stuffy, specifically if you don't want to run AC / cold. But given the build and false ceiling, not sure if Broad Bean Hotel can do anything in summary, good Broad Bean Hotel to rest and stay bear business district and shops for business visit or stop over for a day or two.

First impression lasts forever, I liked the Broad Bean Hotel and the room, but service is concerned I am little disappointed. People should carry smile with them especially the one who receives the customer. I felt that am not welcomed there. My impression was low, however after entering into the room everything was forgotten. If they could improve on this they'll deserve a 5 star.

Stay was comfortable. Good food good accommodation. Only inconvenience was i have asked for car washing and the security put me in trouble. He did not mention anything in the beginning but after the work he asked for 250 for one day car washing which i felt very bad. Had it was informed earlier i would have avoided to he trouble. Hotel authority to look into this

It’s a good family Broad Bean Hotel in kannur just in front of bus stop. It’s very well maintained, rooms are clean, new, looking premium and have ample space for car parking. The breakfast served also has good quality. Overall a very good stay in kannur.

Decent stay in a place like kannoor. Very close to mobility points like railway station and bus stand. Very reasonable breakfast spread. Could see people not staying there also dropping for that. Ample parking space. Some rooms not that spacious

Pros: > location > neat and clean > staff behavior > rooms are specious. Cons: the ac in our room was pathetic. Just fan was working and not the cooler. Struggled the whole night by thinking over the time the room will be cool.

Right in the middle of the City, yet very good ambience I found the Hotel very neat and clean Quality of staff behaviour was also great Ambience and the food quality was good as well

The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast could be improved with more variety of dishes. The staff were helpful and location is very convenient. WiFi was not effective.
