It was a nice hotel at Garh Road Meerut. Food quality is excellent. In case of room ambience and presentability is not at par as compared to room tariff. Along with it, the availability of dishes in morning breakfast is not matched with hotel standard.

they have charged 1000 rupees extra. no hot water was available behaviour of staff was the worst. surprised to see that porter has left one of our bags in the corridor of 3rd floor.

They have given me single twin bed room .. and I booked king bed room ..first they said we don’t have room available and then after they have given me different room when I shows my discomfort for single twin bed room ..

The hotel's location was not good, it was around a residential colony with water logging at many places, parking was a challenge. As per mmt it says 'garden view' but the hotel doesn't even have a garden and i had a closed frosted window with no view in my room. The lobby had strong cigarette smell. I booked meal along with the booking, there was a separate, very basic menu, but the food was good and the ground staff were very good and helpful.

property was very good location and clean and staff is very helpful.they have good arrangements for driver . we appreciate all things.

It was all and all good staying there. The staff is very cooperative like the iron was not working they at once replace with the new one. Great hospitality.

The hotel staff and the hotel is amazing only down fall was late night weddings and parties, on two different occasions our sleep was disturbed at 03. 00 hours, hotel need to host the events but have a cut off time, music bears from the basement were heard 2 floors into our bedroom at midnight. Everything else was spot on.

Pillows were dirty and electric heater melted

One of worst experience. The staff was unhelpful. The toiletries provided were used and damaged causing health concerns. The restaurant staff was pushy and kept asking us to hurry up with the breakfast. There was only 1 person handling the complete section and clearly he was stressed about it. First and definitely the last stay with this hotel.

Location was good. Enough parking space for car. Good property. Food is also good. AC was not working properly that night.

The behaviour of hotel management & staff is very rude. I stayed 16 days here but the quality of the rooms is pathetic. After complaining several times that wi fi/ geyser ac is not working properly but it did not make any difference to them. I will not recommend any person to stay here.
