The place was really awesome. All the facilities are really good. The place is maintained and generally given away for corporate bookings. The building mangager is very responsive (debabrata. It’s highly reasonable price wise. Very peaceful. Location is also accessible (next to rameshwaram cafe. I recommend to budget free looking people.

I want to say Thanks a lot, to the host, Debabrata. His warm welcome made my staycation very easy and comfortable. The place was really awesome, so the staff was. Rooms along with the Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining, Living area were very neat and clean. Because of all these things, my trip became very successful.

The place was well kept. Society was guarded and secure. Location was awesome. Very happy to have selected and stayed at this place. Thanks mmt and sterling brookside. Big thank you to caretaker deb who was very prompt in responding to my queries and made me have a hassle-free experience.

The flat and room was spacious. Room as weĺl as the common hall had balcony. Very neat and tidy. Washing machine, microvave oven, kettle, drinking water available. The bathroom is bit old and maintenance patches were visible, but still it was very clean. Space for drying clothes.

Property is in prime location, has a good greenery around, has a cool attitude people managing the property. Rooms are clean and hygiene, has good ventilation to relax. People here have been courteous and good to stay here.

This was our second time stay with in a month. As usual had wonderful experience. Hassle free booking and checkin-checkout. Mr binay dais who takes care of the property is wonderful. Available always.

Overall experience was good. Close to many restaurants and locality also very happening. Room service also quite good but needs a little improvement there.
