Location is outside the main market of kasauli area. Food was very good. Personal vehicle is recommended for this stay.

1. The room was very hot and humid and there was no air conditioning. The staff was courteous, arranged a cooler but it wasn't very effective 2. There was a lot of light in the room that one could not sleep or rest after 6am till 7. 30pm 3. There was no power back up. The light was gone for more than an hour. The room was already very hot and on top of that fans stopped working and even power plugs where we wanted to charge our phones. 4. There were bed bugs at night. 5. Charged us extra for ice. 6. The staff was exceptionally nice and hospitality was very nice on their part. They were very polite and flexible overall. 7. The place was peaceful and the view was awesome, overall. The location was very nice as well. Rooms were very hygienic. 8. The rooms were not worth the price though. Since there was no air conditioning or even power back up. 9. There was no waterfall on the property as was depicted. 10. The stay was made somewhat comfortable only because of the flexible staff and the view from the room.

We are sorry that your stay could not be comfortable due to some of the reasons. By we have not mentioned AC anywhere but still we did our best to make you comfortable, but our bad. Yes ice is chargeable as in summers even we have to purchase it from the market hence it was chargeable. Due to power cut the electricity was interrupted for an hour and we were running on inverters. Also we would like to thank you for the review and we wil improve on certain points mentioned by you. Do give us a chane to serve you better next time, we are sure that we would make it up for you.

We were unsure whether we had made the right decision when we booked the resort. But I believe we made the best decision by staying at this incredible location. The staff's behaviour and hospitality were outstanding. we are book this resort in our anniversary and we are totally surprise with the special and surprising anniversary logo in our room and hotel owner also send a couples of pastery to celebrate our anniversary from their sidereally awesome experience and we look forward to come again
