Brownstar Boutique Hotel

Location is perfect as it's conveniently located to all the work places nearby. And the food was also great and so is the service of the Brownstar Boutique Hotel staff.
Overall stay was great. But yes, I guess the room service had come for cleaning the room without me asking for it and they had taken the room towel that I had used (that's how I came to know). It would be of concern to leave any valuables in the room while leaving. I have been visiting this Brownstar Boutique Hotel from past 8years and there has never been such issue of any kind though. Hence, a great stay.

The staff are courteous in nature and helpful. I think the variety in the food can be improved and the same goes with pricing too. It took longer than I imagined for the checkout process and to get the bill but the staff made up for it with their courteous nature. The prices in the room menu and the final bill did not match, staff claimed that the menu was dated. However, I insisted that I will pay what was displayed on the menu - he agreed on the same. This can be paid attention for and not raise as a point of contention at all.

The size of the room is good enough to accommodate 3 people. Bathroom is little small but good enough for a single traveller. They give complementary tea/coffee kit and an electric kettle in deluxe room (not mentioned in the website). The rooms are relatively new, the night club Big Bang Theory is loud and lightly audible till 2nd Floor. But I do not bother about this small sound. The location is amazing, not very far from Metro Station too. Good value for money.

Great experience, especially helpful staff. The person at reception, Peter was really helpful and was flexible about timing in view of my exam tomorrow. Would recommend to anyone in view of value for money, location, good room and prompt service. In case you are a test taker at pro metric then this is the place for you to stay. Just across the street I took just 5 min to reach the center from here.

Though location of the Brownstar Boutique Hotel is not a posh area but it is on the main road and well connected. It's budget Brownstar Boutique Hotel, however good food, excellent service and always ready to help staff. I need to mention this particularly. I had to catch a morning flight. They serve breakfast post 7:30am but for me the arranged it at 7:00am. Effort well appreciated.

They need some improvement in their approach and quality of service. Also need to look after basic amenities like hot water.
First the room offered was bad. After complaining, good room was given. Problem with hot water in first room. Water flow in shower inadequate in second room.

Though the rooms and toilet are clean, they wanted me to self check in and gave me the keys. I felt that the floor was a bit dusty when i removed my socks. They didn't provide drinking water bottle by default but gave it complimentary when requested

I totally loved my stay here. Very good and clean rooms. Very friendly staff who speak Hindi. Reasonable price. Located on the main road and easy access to all places from here. Will recommend and stay here again during my next visit. Cheers :)

The stay was nice and comfortable. Bedsheets, towel etc were very clean. Ac is effective. Staff is very polite and cordial. I checked in 2 hrs early and checked out half an hour late.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth. The room was great too. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to a business traveler.

Could be more professional. Staff toiletries room service etc. Can be much better.

The breakfast was excellent choices and the taste was delicious. Regarding the hygiene was very good in the room.

Good value for money, budget Brownstar Boutique Hotel. Good quiet location easy travel distances. Restaurant menu can add variety - limited choices. Geyser was not working, but supplied hot water in buckets. Eager to please within limitations

Perfect location for my trip as I had some work just across the road a couple of blocks away. Decent sized room. Decent service. Smooth check-in and check-out. Restaurant wasn't fully equipped. Overall an OK experience.

We had comfortable and refreshing stay. Room was clean and neat. The best part of our stay was the yummy and delicious breakfast. Air conditioner was not cool. Literally, it was an excellent stay we had.
