phone doesn't works,washroom was horrible if u pour 4 mugs water ,it doesn't go fast , it still stay on floor,drainage system was very poor,room was full of cockroaches bedsheet, blankets, pillows are not clean

food excellent for non veg lover ,and found the property through MakeMyTrip thanks for suggesting good hotel

Horrible condition of cleaning, unbearable smell,poor staff support, not suitable for family not safe for friends.

although i had no great expectations from this hotel, as we checked in, there was no hot water, shower not working, bed sheets were recycled. there was no proper resolution to these issues. this was a great disappointment.

Good hospitality, neat and clean rooms. Good room service and good morning breakfast. I shall make it my favorite for next visit.

The property is located at a prime area with parking facility and the security guard was friendly in assistants. The hotel has its own restaurant from which the food was served and it was amazing. Room was well maintained and the room service was quick too. Over all it was a good experience and will recommend this property.

Executive single displayed rate in the hotel 1799 +12% gst. They provided executive single. Your rate is not with discount. No special rate. Not satisfied. Thanks will think future bookings. Sorry

The central AC in the room was surprisingly effective, making the stay quite comfortable. The overall value for money is undeniable. However, the quality of the blanket left much to be desired; an upgrade in this department would greatly enhance the guest experience. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet priced at ₹100 – a definite MUST try. The variety and taste exceeded expectations, adding significant value to the stay. On the downside, I encountered an issue with noise disturbance. Despite notifying the reception, there was no intervention, and the noise persisted until after midnight. This lack of response from the hotel staff was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of my stay. In conclusion, the Budget Hotel in Khammam provides a decent stay at an affordable price. While the central AC and breakfast buffet are noteworthy, improvements in blanket quality and better management of disruptive incidents would elevate the guest experience.

Renovation is going on & the hotel shouldn't be allowed to book! lift area & entire corridors are filled with dirt! also tv was not working. Location is not great, it's back side of the railway station. Also, the parking is not good. Breakfast they got from outside!
