It is very well located, adjoining the bud-shah bridge, overlooking the jhelum river and just five minutes walk from the clock tower at the lal chowk, the heart of srinagar. The food is really good. But the best part of the hotel is the behaviour of the management and staff. They were so polite, friendly and decent. The rooms are okay. The service quality needs some upgrading. At times it is a bit slow.

Wonderful experience from welcome gesture, ensuring everything is in place. Good food. Hygeine. Down to earth staff and really kind owner. They have lovely cafe and severe amazing kavha tea. Sandwiches. U will get homely feeling in this hotel. We kept our luggage for a day as we travel-ling to other places. Luggage was kept safely and when we are back they arranged the cab for us. We had indeed great experience. Would definitely recommend this place. If i ever visit this kashmir again would definitely staying here again
