BURANSH VALLEY RESORTS

I stayed here for 5 days with my family including a toddler we really enjoyed our stay here. A true offbeat destination that will provide you leisure time and peace. It's far from the city rush with a pleasant valley view you can enjoy everyday from your room balcony. My toddler enjoyed the loft section in the room. The staff is very humble and supportive with great service. The food in the restaurant is also good and tasty. If you need a break from city life, this is the best option for you for sure. Though i've enjoyed it a lot here and have given it a 5 star rating but there are certain things which should be improved - 1. From 11 pm to 7:30 am, no staff is available at the reception or in the restaurant. No one picks your intercom call during this time even if you are calling in any emergency (for example - you even need a first aid kit. You have to go to staff quarters and wake them up. So, my recommendation is at least one staff member should be there at reception to pick intercom calls. 2. As there is no mobile network available and everyone is only dependent on wifi of the resort only, its reach should be increased as there are no wifi signals in rooms like #107. If electricity is not there for a long time and power backup goes off, wifi routers also turn down. At least there should be separate ups for routers.

Main draw back is tou have to park you vehiclenin road. The 3 km pack ia very rough, no metal on road. Then you have to walk approx 800mts trail by foot not suitable for old people and with small kids. Rooms are neet and tudy with attic. Food was ok. Staff is good. Carry your own snacks and drinks.

The location and views from the property were awesome. Although it's offbeat you have to travel almost 500 meters to reach the property. It's a nice jungle walk.
