The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and safe. They have provided all the facilities and the room was also good. But the location was far from the main City and there was connectivity. I need to pay more for a private vehicle to go to the main City. I can recommend this place if people are comfortable.

Awesome place though little away from the Gangtok City and Mr. Randeep was good to give the knowledge about the sight seeing places and other things about Gangtok. Food cost can be little reduce to get repetitive customers. Over all good experience with Bustee form House.

staffs need more training to handle stuffs and also cleaning should be done entering the guest .And the guest should be allotted the booked rooms
