Calangute Heights by Stay ALYF | Luxury 1 BHK Apartments

My Honest Review of This Property I was quite disappointed with this property. I honestly don’t understand how it has received such high ratings as a homestay. My experience: This apartment does not have a proper reception or intercom facility. Although there is a telephone placed in the room, it was not functioning during my stay. When we checked the kitchen, there were no basic utensils — not even those required to make tea. Housekeeping services were also very poor. Only two staff members were available for cleaning all the rooms, and no one was available when we needed assistance. There is no privacy in the rooms. Guests from the adjacent room can easily step onto the balcony and look directly into the next room, which feels very uncomfortable. The location of the apartment is also not ideal. In the evening, local people gather in front of the gate and drink until late at night, which creates a very unpleasant and unsafe atmosphere. There was no warm welcome when we checked in, nor any courtesy or assistance during check-out. The reception staff changed daily and were quite rude to guests. In fact, there isn’t even a proper reception area — just a table and chair placed in the stilt parking space. Overall, my experience at this property was very disappointing. I have stayed at many apartments in Goa before, and the services were always good. I booked this property only because other apartments were fully booked., I expected a decent stay, but honestly, the property did not live up to what was shown.

The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent. One small suggestion — it would be great if food delivery partners were allowed to bring orders directly to the room, or if a staff member could assist with that. It’s a bit inconvenient to come down each time to collect deliveries. Apart from that, everything was truly perfect, and we’d love to stay here again!

The place was a vibe. Calangute Heights is the place you should be to make your stay a memorable one Amazing room service, amenities, and overall the experience of being there Thank you guys

The property is located in a silent area and very near to all outlets and calangute beach. The property is well maintained and spacious rooms with kitchen. Feels like home

came to Goa numerous times. And boarded many …at last with great 5 stared facilities really wow 😮 excellent rooms AC in conditions Tv with many channels..iron box ..bread roster ..induction stove wow felt really 5 started hotel 🏨 simply marvellous

Location was much inside from the main road but everything else was good.

We enjoyed there with cooking together and all overall a great experience

Property located in near by calangut market area. 10 mins walkable from beach. Management and service is very good.

This property has an beautiful ambience cozy and in cool and calm vicinity with field view which enrich you with the atmosphere around you. The property staff also are very polite and helpful so 100 on 100 goes for service. Amenities are also well checked and maintained. overall a beautiful place to stay with family, friend or even beautiful for couple

Property was good, with good location. How ever AC was not working and even after repeated complaint at front desk, it was not repaired.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and easy to access. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Great location beautiful surrounding atmosphere great staff Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever lovely and great first impression of hotel Everything about the hotel was exceptional It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

It was a great experience, smooth check-in and check-out. The stay looks same as the pictures and is well maintained. The key destinations are 10-15mins away only. Found it very convenient. Highly recommended. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are also available if you don’t wish to go out.
