Best relative customer experience & value for money. Location: very close to beach. 4 stars. However, everything is 10% more expensive. Even rs20 water botel was charged at rs 30 and beyond. Hotel facilities: rooms: 4 stars. Spacious. Little old with not so great interiors. Mattress and linen clean and perfect. Ac perfect. Big balcony. Provided tea/ coffee sachets according to needs. Toiletries perfect. Security fine. Tv fine. No fridge in the room. No wifi. Weak airtel signal. Other: ample parking. Small pool that we did not use. Good open space. Courteous staff. Overall: we found it worth going back. Please try once.

Calangute residency is situated right on the beach ⛱️. I booked sea facing rooms, which have balcony opening to the sea view directly. The room and the WC was well maintained and clean. Electric kettle is provided but there is no fridge. Best sea facing balcony rooms are on the second floor, however there is no lift. Complementary Wifi is provided. The complimentary breakfast has a good vegetarian spread along with an egg counter. The restaurant of this Calangute Residency is excellent in terms of location, food and prices. Live music is there, in the evening. Overall a good place to stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is right on calangute beach, but lacks inhouse service, not child friendly, staff is helpful and supportive. This is government Calangute Residency so lacks maintenance like other Calangute Residencys. The pool water is not clean, i didn't use it. There is no life guard present. The inhouse restaurant is right on the beach but operated by a private entity. Bedsheet was not good stray dog was present at location. After compromising these no other issues. If beach Calangute Residency is preference than go for it. No sea facing room.

Just awesome Calangute Residency. The location is just infront of sea beach. Market and everything available here. Many restaurants are available here. The sea beach has candle light dinner facility. Calangute residency has its own resturant. This resturant plays live music from evening to night. People enjoy every music. The Calangute Residency has swimming pool inside it. The rooms are spacious. Booking can be done online or offline. But online booking given me much more discount than i expected. I refer everyone to go there and enjoy your holiday trip.

It is just a minute walk to the calangute beach, even if don't want to go to sand but enjoy beach view, just sit in the restaurant attached to residency. Sunset🌅 view is awesome. Even one can spend night time also without any worry of getting back to Calangute Residency room because it is just a minute away. Staff service is excellent and promt, room service is also very good for without any extra charge, excellent veriety of sea food choice. Even if you just sit in the balcony of the room you can enjoy full sea view.

Stay at calagunte residency was overall good. On-call room service was excellent. We were allowed to have early check in like 3 hours earlier than scheduled checkin time. View outside from balcony was good and location is best as it is near to beach and there are lot of options to eat nearby and do casual shopping. There was complimentary breakfast as well though we had opted for rooms only at the time of booking. Property is bit old and needs maintenance from outside.

Basic amenities but large rooms. The entire property is up for demolition and rebuild in phases over next couple of years. Hence the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings itself if poor. The location is its biggest usp right now. One new building with some rooms directly facing the sea is almost ready to open. At 3k per room per night, it is reasonable considering its location. Good option for those seeking no frills stay but want a property on the beach.

We stayed 2 nights in the calangute residency, and the overall experience is very good. Their deluxe cottage room size is big, the bathroom is also big; good staff and very good service. The restaurant is also on the beach side with quality food and dj music. This is a perfect location if you want to stay on calangute beach. They also have sea-facing rooms. The beach and market are both within walking distance. Overall very good stay.

Good maintenance however as mentioned additional bed for children were charged which as per booking 3 children were mentioned nd they also had to be given sleeping arrangements, as bed were queen size where only 2 adults could sleep

Location is excellent to enjoy and view the sea. food quality is excellent 👌. services are good 😊. Swimming pool is cool. greenery in premise is excellent

Wifi not available at rooms. Weak network connectivity at room. Whereas, room service is pretty good. Room condition is horrible. Door lock is almost broken. Room beach view available and is just 2 mins walk from beach.

Hotel is just on calangute beach. Everything is fine. Hotel furniture are too old now. But is going to renovate within the next 3 month. It's ok. Everyone should book.
