Camp Sutra | Shah's Beachfront 3 BHK Villa

The stay was good. the property is perfect for 3 couples. The sea facing view is beautiful and you can enjoy the swimming pool along with the sea view.

Dear as per our telephonic discussion the following issues are observed : 1. As per our booking voucher entire property is booked by us and on reaching here it was observed that for accessing kitchen we need to pay /day. For your ready reference i have attached booking voucher in which it is very clearly mentioned food arrangement section that “ guests can enjoy complete access to private kitchen and prepare meals of their choice”. ( copy of the same with marking has been attached) 2. Second thing which is observed is that there is no considerable force in shower, might be that they have not maintained the plumbing system, but when we asked the host to resolve the matter she informed us that our house help will do the same but till 11 pm the matter was not resolved and after 11:30 pm he arrived after my word with you and finally informed us that the pressure is okay. ( i have attached photos of the same) 3. As per initial discussion the host informed us that we can use fridge and other equipments at no extra cost but when we accessed kitchen at 11:30 pm we found their house help sleeping in the kitchen and said that we are not allowed to enter kitchen after 11 pm but he is allowing us to enter and doing a favour on us. As per our booking the entire property is booked by us and how is it possible someone sleeping in the kitchen and our families in bedroom. How safe is this ? We have booked the entire property from 23/2/24 to 25/2/24 but surprisingly it was observed that the host has leased the same property to someone else for wedding on 25/2/24 for which a team of 20 people are working here from morning to evening which is hindering our privacy and security. When we have booked the entire property how can some other agency enter the premises and work over here. ( photos of the same have been attached) 5. In this entire bungalow there are 8 air conditioners and to operate them there is only one remote, which was in possession with the caretaker and after strong discussion and requests he gave us the same as if it was a rocket science to operate air conditioner. How practical and feasible is it to operate 3 room air conditioners with one remote. Everyone has their own comfort temperature's. I have been booking through mm t from past 5 years but have never observed this kind of nuisance and have booked numerous bungalows through airbnb throughout the globe but never have faced such situation. This is something ridiculous which we are facing.
