Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala

Our experience at Canary Island in Lonavala was truly unbelievable and unforgettable. The resort's meticulous design left us wondering if we were in a hill station, by the beach, or amidst mountains – a delightful blend of nature's beauty. The well-crafted resort surpassed expectations. The culinary journey was exceptional, with outstanding food. Sushi and dimsum in such a serene setting felt like a culinary adventure in the middle of nowhere. The service was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The boat experience added a novel touch, making our visit even more special. Kudos to Canary Island for creating such a memorable and unique retreat. We highly recommend this resort for those seeking a perfect blend of tranquility, exquisite dining, and impeccable service. The proximity to peace was surprising and welcomed, providing the ideal setting for our group of three friends. The serene atmosphere and close connection with nature made our time there truly special. It's a place we'd recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in a convenient location.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. I have a small daughter, they took very good care of her, they took care of her while eating, special thanks for jessica, roopsha and aashiq. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala. Everything about the Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I would suggest my friends and family to visit here

We had a great experience in canary islands. Right from reaching reception, going to our destination in boat and the view when we were closer to our place whree we had to stay was so scienic. Our room view was ultimate directly facing the lake and moutains full of clouds. The beach type sitting area around the lake was beautiful. Enjoyed the water sports and the greenery around. The hospitality was too good. The buffet was served at your table and freshly made and served. Food was too good. Loved the place and ambience. Overall a great experience and would like to look forward for coming back again. But i feel the tariffs are little hyped.

Our overall experience at this resort was pretty nice. The location is decent and easily accessible. The property is surrounded by a lake with nice view. Rooms were clean and of decent size. Staff was also courteous and we didn't had to ask again for anything. The swimming pool is pretty big with nice view at the sunset time. They also have a bar near the pool. The indoor gaming area was okish. They have a spa as well, we couldn't try it. The best part of the property was the artificial beach, with mountain view in the backdrop. They also have a bunch of watersports, a bit on the pricey side though.

Good resort but misleading marketing and name. They call themselves canary island and use the waterbody (small dam) to give the effect of an island resort. The resort is very good but atleast i felt cheated that they are promoting it under the guise of an island with the promise that it is the only resort in india that offers boats to reach it. All the hard work and every effort by their team will not wash away the feeling created due to this misleading promotion. Otherwise the resort is good. Staff very very good. Location is good. Amenities few but i guess they will improve with time.

Very beautiful location, from reception to room service, restaurant service, spa service is very good. I did not think that there would be such a beautiful and five star level resort at a distance of two and a half hours from pune. We have tried veg and non-veg indian, continental, chinese food and different desserts too, all were tasty and of good quality. We also went for a jungle walk which was also a very different experience. Watersports and swimming pool also good. It's really memorable experience for us.

Bestest place for a weekend getaway from city chaos! such a well maintained beautiful location in middle of the lake, posh rooms, prompt service, breakfast is amazing! only issue is the network coverage, they should colaba with some network operator to install network tower, though you've wi-fi which is poor in rooms & good around common areas. Rest everything is perfect! must visit this place!

We were booked by our kids for our special day! Overall a good experience , location - Food all as per expectations . Cost seems quite high though . Food and drinks are very expensive as no option around one has no option then spend couple of thousands more on it too . For long run management will have to work on this to ensure they havw repeat customer. First timer great experience 👍

Right from the entry to the resort the way we were greeted with garlands and welcome drink. The staff was very friendly and the best was namaste being used by each and every staff. These values long seem to have been forgotten. Cleanliness was maintained at each and every place the way the greenary was maintained. It was simply beautiful.

One of the best and top most resort in and around lonavala. Amazing view and location. Polite staff. Food is a bit costly i feel but the service is amazing and food is tasty.

Cost is very high, some hidden charges making negative impact regarding island for example for bonefire extra charge, for tire in swimming pool extra charges and many more like this. Food charges are very high as per quality. Food taste is like it is prepared from ready pack food. Staff behavior is good. Break fast is good but little improvement needed.

We had booked flamingo cottage and it had very good view of the lake. Food is amazing but a bit pricey. There is only a-la-carte option. Full star for staff and their service. Amazing service of entire staff

Place is too good and absolute quiet. Still need to develop. Very raw. And beatiful. Amids nature. And by the lake. Amazing. Need yoga scession here!

The resort is well maintained and definitely an experience. But the food quality can definitely be taken up a notch. For the prices they charged the food quality was not up to the mark.

Canary island is one of the best locations near pune that i have been to. It was an amazing experience with the best quality and quantity food, there services are amazing, you can do so much fun for a weekend there with the water sports, evening hues, beach fun and what not. Thanks for the amazing hospitality and super fun stay!

We went for 1 night and it was super duper experience, food is bit expensive but super tasty. Excellent location and what a serene weather and super music going on. Its one of its kind.
