Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala

*my experience at canary island resort and spa* i had an excellent stay at canary island resort and spa. The location was ideal, offering stunning views. The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant the facilities, including the pool, water sports and spa, were well-maintained and easily accessible, offering a range of activities to keep guests entertained the dining options were diverse, and the food quality was impressive. Every meal was delicious, and room service was prompt, enhancing the overall experience. I found the resort to be good value for money, with no hidden fees and a level of service that matched the price overall, the resort exceeded my expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I would definitely consider returning in the future

We had an amazing stay at canary islands resort, lonavala! the property is beautifully maintained with lush greenery all around, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort’s amenities, including the pool and recreational areas, were top-notch and well-maintained. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The whole e experience was awesome, right from service to rooms and surprises. The start was with the boat ride to the cottage. As rain was imminent, we quickly changed to enjoy the pool which was sparkling clean. The rooms were with surprise cookies and chocolates and bathrooms were neat and clean with all expected utilities in place. Then headed to the restaurant. After that it started raining and we were in our rooms which was cozy and comfortable. Next day we took time for pics and then had the breakfast buffet. It had multiple options and live counters. Totally the stay was amazing, the staff were also very courteous making our trip a memorable one.

Canary islands is one of the most beautiful stays i have experienced. While the location is beautiful, the staff there is so warm and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable that you feel home away from home. They have an excellent management team and they are supremely thoughtful eg - we traveled there by car, so when we were leaving the property their team stood very cutely at the gate with placards that said - we will miss you and the most beautiful gesture was that they added bottles of water in our car for our long journey. I mean that is so thoughtful. I would definitely like to visit canary islands again very soon )

Stayed at flamingo cottage for one night. Resort is good. Room neat n clean. Good was tasty. Spa treatment was very good. Therapist pi did her job very well. Complimentary cake for my husband's birthday was freshly prepared and delicious. Overall a pleasant stay. The only thing lacking was accommodation for our driver. So we had to book a room at another guesthouse for him which was 15 minutes away from the resort. Also on website the resort advertised flamingo cottage with a balcony facing lake n mountain, but lake n mountain were hardly visible from the balcony.

The property is located in a very serene and peaceful environment. Rooms were good and maintained well. Food has been excellent especially the non vegetarian dishes. The staff was very courteous especially Mr. Piyush working in water sports zone. He made our Watersports experience along with ATV very memorable. He showed us the complete property and explained on the birds, flora etc. He deserves a special accolade from the management

The resort offers spacious dove cottages rooms with modern amenities. Exceptional cleanliness is maintained throughout, and the prompt, courteous service ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. Property is good. Luxurious stay, exceptional service, pure bliss.

It was a comfortable stay. Beautiful property and room was beautiful. Good food. Check in was bit hassle.

Loved the personalised touch for each guest they have. The place is awesome and so does the staff. Only one feedback i would say is the water sports activities need not be paid as it’s part of overall experience.

Perfect place for family and kids with good food and ambiance, friendly staff, beautiful view in monsoon

Rooms are not so good but the view is beautiful food is very good and taste but somoking should permit in balcny

Our time in the canary islands was simply wonderful. They have wonderful rooms, service, and hospitality. The island's vista is captivating. I thought it was lovely how they showed us how to say "we will miss you" and offered us a wet napkin when we arrived at the Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala. They also gave us a small gift and a couple bottles of water to use on the way home.
