Canary Islands Resort & Spa Lonavala

Location was perfect, staff was very welcoming, Polite and courteous. Every single one of them knew their job pretty well. We loved kayaking, ATV and Jungle trail was average. Food is good, specially evening snacks and tea. Yes it’s expensive, but the experience is worth the price. My son loved the place. What made our stay even more pleasant is the way they respect your space, value you and pay attention to small details.

1. You don't reply to a genuine query I had about a refund. 2. Hotel put it on you because I booked through you. Won't do it again. 3. Chatbot - Myra- does not accept question about my query. 4. Poor experience there and left 01 full day early because of it

Let me start with the room check in and check out experience. Rooms were ok but the service of food was pathetic and for every small thing when I had a small baby they were charging me money which was not acceptable . There are no networks of airtel and Vodafone n my Wi-Fi was not working in my room but no one had a courtesy to correct if .. I had order a cake for my daughter as complimentary but they gave he chocolate cake n returned it .. n guy who came in my room told me sir will get new blueberry or pineapple cake .. next day but receptionist didn't had a courtesy to call next day n ask for complimentary thing whole day went off..

The location is absolutely breathtaking, especially in this monsoon season it is mystical and surreal . The service at this resort is exceptional, truly top-notch. The atmosphere is tranquil and serene, and the maintenance of the property is impressive. The views from the rooms overlooking the lake are simply stunning. The food is delightful, and the breakfast spread offers a wide variety of options.

Location is very beautiful , enjoyed every bit of it. Rooms were nice, lake view. Food was average, just pizza was good. Ducks were paid actors, I will upload video of them.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort! The location was serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, it was a truly refreshing experience. Highly recommended!

Canary island resort has superb, secluded private location with 45 acres of private, prestine lake, waterfall, jungle around. Food is amazing with all variety from Indian, Chinese to continental. Hospitality and staff is very good and eager to help. Truly memorable experience.

Great stay. The staff is very warm. Most of them seem to be local, but so eager to serve with a smile.

Starting from welcome to the resort with garlands and rose petals , over all hospitality was superb . Water activities are well maintained . Restaurant food is good . Farm and overall greenery is treat to the eyes

I would give 3/5. 3 star is only for the fabulous location & view. The property charges are very high on the name of luxury resort but they don't provide service accordingly. The food is over priced and doesn’t justify the cost they are charging . I see this place is over hyped due to social media .

Please don't get carried away by the Pictures and Location alone. My stay here was worst than a nightmare. Right from check in to check out we were treated with disrespect by the Staff. Hospitality at its worst. They have 3 bars in their property none of them had a stock of Wine and when asked were denied conveniently. Room service was pathetic refilling each days bottles took 2 hours for the staff. They sounded unwelcoming and rude. Anything me and my Husband asked for during the stay was provided after numerous calls to the reception. At times calls to reception also went unanswered. I would give it a 5 star for Location though and the calm serene surroundings but service is exactly what you pay for which was horrible. Kindly improve guys or more reviews like this and you would fight for survival.

Quiet, Serene, Beautiful & One of a Kind place. Loved the island concept. Stay is extremely relaxing. Food is great. Activities are superb as well.

Very relaxing stay in a very well managed resort. Staff are extremely helpful and efficient. Conveniently located and good roads ensure a comfortable journey. Wide variety of cuisine cater to all palates. Good mix of Water Sports, Swimming pool, ATV rides and zipline to keep children occupied. For those with mobility issues will recommend the DOVE COTTAGES as they involve relatively less walking from the buggy drop off points. Also keep in mind the stone set walkways are uneven so wheelchair bound people should avoid stay trips there.

Property location is good. Food, tariff are unnecessarily very high. Do not worth. Even Taj, Lila or any seven star hotel does not have this tariff.

Felt stranded due to bad connectivity of wifi and even getting in touch with reception was a task. Wanted to do a morning taril but couldn’t get through anyone. Called tge extension number and they said they would revert but despite 4 calls no revert n couldn’t do any activity

Everything was very good! however the food was below average and it gave me a food poisoning. The food felt like it was stale and only reheated in the microwave to be served. Pathetic since there are no other options available. There is no zomato service so we were stuck with inedible food for 2 days.
