Good experience, but the breakfast was served on plastic plates, which felt low quality, while others were served with white plates. They don't really provide good customer support. In that combined hotel, the AC is not working properly sometimes; otherwise, the bed is good, the TV is also good, but the toilet smells unpleasant.

slight disturbance of outside vehicles sound and street bus soundss.. if it is sound protected it will be better and toilet needs to be keep clean

I'm glad to share this experience about my stay which I found the location through MakeMyTrip. As well as I booked a bus for my return bus as well which are in good condition and well responsible staff which I found through MakeMyTrip

No good.food facilities available in hotel premises. Charges had to be paid before hand for tea and coffee. No wifi and telecom facilities functional

Since it was booked in the last minute being in chennai after so long without knowing how this hotel might be, it was good experience for me. Without delay the check-in was done. In the toiletries they could’ve kept some better razor, Since I had a meeting I had to get my beard done but it turned out bad because of its quality. If it was not available I wouldn’t have used it in the first place. Apart from that else was fine. Expecting some discounts when I visit for the next time.

located in a narrow road area with heavy traffic in the evening.. complementary breakfast is not as good as expected. The room was not worthy of the amount which I paid.. friendly staff.
