I didnt find this hotel as given location fully fraud hotel then i book another hotel so please refund my money as soon as possible

Hotel told they didn’t allow mm t bookings & i paid actual tarrif charges. Pathetic, no response from customer care

I booked hotel for a night stay on 22-23 march in hotel Capital O Corporate Inn. To my surprise the hotel actually donot exist.My parents spend hours in finding the hotel and ultimately when i checked the review and google i found out that everyone having the same complaint.

Booking and payments are done perfectly but when u reach the location, you will find the surprise news that this hotel doesn't exist. It's just the scam from the hotel side that they will charge you the double amount so that you will get a room. Hygiene and safety! first you need a hotel for it. Please don't go for it. Just don't!

When we reached the hotel, they told us that they didn’t accept our booking and told us to cancel the booking and pay them the amount directly. I called customer helpline, refund and cancellation could be done, but no alternative hotel could be provided. So, we were loitering in streets for 1 hour with all our luggages searching for hotels door to door, it was already midnight and really disheartening for us. Hope it doesn’t happen again. That’s all. Thanks.

I was denied checkin

Makemytrip is not verifying the properties listed and had never assumed such a kind of experience a property listed hotel in mmt never existed at a given location in future if i don't receive my refund i ll never consider makemytrip

No such hotel in particular location. I tried calling throught make my trip customer to property and property owner but no response. I was standing in street at night 01:00.

Fraud booking at make my trip no booking was done hotel owner denied for this booking and do not provides any room

Worst hotel ever. I've to give them negative rating if allows. They run hotel with fake name. Services very bad.

The hotel receptionist ask extra 1600 rs

Property locatiin not found. After many try he did not picking call from your side also so i am going to another booking on offline mode

I booked hotel in 405 rs. But they taken 395 rs extra.

I stayed for one night, I choose this property as it is on Road and very near to Airport. Breakfast was ok and need some improvement.

Although I had booked breakfast and dinner. But Hotel refused to give meal.

Good stay, great location, reasonable price, satisfied.
