Bad hygiene, terrible service, basic amenities don't work

Poor service and cleaning

terrible. Fully unsatisfied by hotel management. And it's unhigiene. Risk about life

Such a terrible experience it was, no hygiene, no service at all, people are calling this as hotel, they should change the name as cow shed.

Very poor hygienic maintained. Although the property is new but maintenance is Zero. Bed sheet was replaced and there was potty in the wash room. Upon complaining and asked to change the room, the manager first didn’t listened me but later he asked room service boy to clean the room. I asked him about the sweeper, but manager that room was clean by sweeper. The room service boy later told me that there are no sweeper since last many months due to rude nature of the manager. There are plenty of dust, rusting, very old bedsheet and comforter, trash everywhere, poor room maintenance and many more. Don’t visit this hotel please.

Good and nice property food was good also

All staffs are very much helpful. They have given there best to make us comfortable. Location is very good. Food is delicious. Overall it's a great feeling to stay there for 3 nights

Never book this property- rooms wall are dirty bed sheet with many more dirty spots blanket also with spot's dustbins old & dirty was remains after poor cleaning misquotes also in power TV remote without battery no more words to explain

Very bad quality service no water facility no cleaning staff food quality is so bad

A Good Hotel with budgeted price for couple, family also Solo. The Hotel rooms are clean and staff behavior also Good. Location is also well. One bad thing that no one can order food from online or anywhere else. You have to eat Hotel restaurant food which price is bit high.

Hotel rooms are good but fooding service in the room is very poor. Cup and plates are not in good condition which needs to be improved. Hotel serves tea and coffee in the plastic or disposal glass which is not Good.

If you are getting this property in less amount for a night than you may consider it. Restaurant and Location are their Ace factor. Rooms are tiny, Staff are not professional though they are not rude. Towels and covers are not so clean.

Good service with food and staff

Not good enough. Paid food quantity is not enough for one person should mention it thy have mentioned it full plate and we are receiving quarter plates.
Breakfast issue is there you have to take a coupon from hotel then only you can get your breakfas. We are not beggars to asked for breakfast that we all ready paid for the room. It's very cheep to asked for a coupon from hotel. If there is a policy like that then hotel should provide the coupons at the room only and should inform while check in the hotel. Terrible experience from this hotel.

Reached a little early but could check-in as per early check-in policy. The stay was comfortable, two half liter bottles of drinking water was not sufficient for two persons. I had to pay for the extra drinking water required during the stay.
Breakfast was ordinary and service was unresponsive.

Had bad smell in bathroom, something went wrong.
Very bad room service.
