Super Townhouse Hills Palace

Clean rooms n well maintained. After 12 hrs of travel we reached 1 hr before check in, rooms were available but we were made to wait at the reception for an hour. As per the booking it was for 3 guests but the bed was available only for 2 guests. The Super Townhouse Hills Palace had to provide the bath towel, soap and an extra bed before we had asked which they didn't. We didn't try the food as we were pure vegetarians and the kitchen was same for both veg & non - veg. Thank you

Good Super Townhouse Hills Palace and located in the main area, but booking through makemytrip app for the first time. It gives coupons but after booking and reached the Super Townhouse Hills Palace, they said from the Super Townhouse Hills Palace side that the couple was not invalid for this time because of this peak season. I have paid extra money for that because of the coupon invalidation.

Loved the rooms. Also the location was great, it is right at the center of ooty. The market is right outside the Super Townhouse Hills Palace, so you can explore hassle-free and so many options to choose from for restaurant. It's just their room service that wasn't at par with my expectations, needs improvement! just go for it, especially if you get a discount. Everything else was great.

The location of the property is a plus, it’s located very near to charring cross and next to ab restaurant. They have geyser in all room that provides hot water any time. Rooms are bit small and the bed spread could have been much better, they were stained and not washed. Overall okay. They provided early checkin with additional charge.

Location is the best part of this Super Townhouse Hills Palace. Rooms are big, and the washroom needs an upgrade. Room service is top notch. All service calls were answered and serviced promptly.

Good, clean and hygiene food. But limited menu. No choice. Homely food without any tasting powder. But, that s not a problem, good restaurants next to the Super Townhouse Hills Palace too.

Budget stay. Sufficient parking for cars. Near to the city centre. Room service was good. If you are looking for a room in centre area, recommended.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was tidy, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout our visit.
