Capital O Kovilakam Residency

I really loved the ambience. Infrastructure is wonderful. I came with my partner and he also loved the Capital O Kovilakam Residency. The receptionist was really sweet and gentlemen. He gave the details of the Capital O Kovilakam Residency. When i opened the door of the room i feel very pleasant and warm. I really loved the room more space was there. Most importantly in my room window view was really good. Bathroom was neat and tidy. I really had good time with my partner there was no outside disturbance. In my room cupboard was there to keep suitcase. The food was really delicious. We ordered chilli chicken and porotta. Hotel service is really good. Most importantly parking facility is there. I really the loved Capital O Kovilakam Residency. Ill come again.

Room was well maintained and sanitized. Enjoyed the stay very much. However, in the Capital O Kovilakam Residency's availabities, bathtub was mentioned, however there was no bathtub. Kindly look into the same. And moreover, at night there were disturbance from outside the room, (sounds of closing doors every time from some other rooms. Otherwise everything was good.

Comfortable stay overnight. Very convenient location in centre of town. Easy access to Palakkad as well as Guruvayoor temple. All amenities and restaurants nearby. The Capital O Kovilakam Residency also has a multi-cuisine restaurant of it's own. Very nice and friendly staff, who are prompt and efficient. Rooms decent size with TV and AC. Bathroom could have been more cleaner but adequate. Good for overnight stay.

The stay was pleasent. But since this is a bar attached Capital O Kovilakam Residency felt a little uncomfortable because you can expect all sorta of people on the porch. The room was cozy. Washroom wasspacioua. Wile we were checking out the staff made us wait fir about five minutes and checked the room. We could see other guests were also asked to wig like this. This was unprofessional.

The Capital O Kovilakam Residency is near to heart of the city and having well behaved staffs. Rooms are not much spacious but is very much enough for 2 persons or small families. Only one negative I found is regarding the cleanliness and odors of rooms and bathroom is average. I always recommend this property to travellers for short period.

Everything was good except the wierd smell in the bathroom and food i feel much costly. When requested for room service the wierd smell in the bathroom was taken care but next day morning it started again. The uncle at the reception he is good, helpful and patiently listens to the stayers for any need.

Enough space for car parking. The place is located at a quite place but within the city limits. Near to railway station and major bus stands. I stayed for 2 day with spouse. I could visit almost all major temples including Vadakkumnalhan, Thiruvambadi and Paramekavu. The stay was really comfortable.

The room we got was pretty big. Very comfortable. Staff was polite and responsive. While the main entry lobby is renovated and smells good, if they can get some odour removal in all floors, that's a super thing. It's not too bad, but it does seem evident. Overall a good stay

Room, reception are good. Good lightening arrangements. They make early check-in to me. Some tiles are loose and slightly bad smell from toilet. Any way it's good Capital O Kovilakam Residency and we like it.

Room had a stuffy feeling, probably due to poor ventilation. Old fashioned rooms.
