normal but it is ok and it near educity campus it is out side the city and it looks like a house with room

The photos which was shown in the Hotel details were no where close to the actual. It was a very bad. Room was not maintained well. Walls were shabby. AC was the worse, It took almost the whole night at 16 Deg temperature to get the room cooled a bit. Bed was so bad that it kept making sounds of the spring whenever we moved a bit. Toilet flush wasn’t working and none of the taps had any force. The photos which were shown were so good, but that wasn’t the real situation when we reached. Even the property location is very difficult to find.

Everything was good but they are encouraging customers to book offline and asking for higher charges then offered by mmt. Rest all was good

They denied my ch3ckin stating No rooms available even after paying amount for 3 days. I waited almost 1 ½ hrs on road & that too at morning 2:00am. Then i was relocated to Alchemist Property. In my lifetime won't stay at OYO properties and strongly recommend my circle not to use OYO service.
