I had the most amazing time when i just stayed at this hotel. It's a soft setup with a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel manager denied checkin and this comes after a long day of work when i arrived at 10 in the night at the hotel. The property manager was also very rude, he consistently refused to cooperate with me and even the mm t staff. He also asked me to pay 300 rupees extra and reduced the amount when i told him i would complain. The property was difficult to find since there was no board or landmark outside the property. The house number mentioned in the booking and at the property didn't match either. When i tried contacting the property the hotel manager didn't even pick up the phone. The linens provided weren't clean they hadn't been washed and we're also torn. There were no toiletries and the bathroom fittings weren't maintained(the water heater was also out of order) the hotel details mentioned that we can use food delivery, but the hotel didn't allow outside foods.

You need to have whatever is there in the hotels menu. Since you can't get food from outside. During booking mm t didn't told that. I don't know why. They uses their in house kitchen and charge very high.
