Property good Food ok Location ok Facilities is not good

Won’t recommend for anyone to travel....

Bhai agr free me bhi rahne ko mile to mat rahana yaha jan meal our izat sab ka khatri haii. Mat lena bhool se bhi.

Very bad experience with hotel o shimaya no room service, not staff support, rooms are dirty, not given towels, soaps etc at room and every time demanding money all staff and hotel owner's it very bad experience with hotel and with make my trip

Very bad experience worst hotel in whole Dehradun. Unhygienic plus hotel owner is so rude. Expensive but not worth it according to price

When i booked this hotel, i paid for breakfast along with the room. And when i stayed in the hotel, i did not get breakfast. Told that we stopped breakfast 2 years ago, while i gave pay. Have never seen a worse hotel than this in my life. The bathroom was so dirty that i didn't even feel like taking a bath in it. Even for the water bottle, rupees were being taken separately. Want to tell my brothers and sisters. You can book any hotel but do not do it in dehradun. This has been the dirtiest hotel of my life so far.

The condition of the room was ok but the facilities were not. 1. The bedsheets were very dirty, one of my friend got iching because of it. 2. A/c was not working as a/c, it seems like they were out of gas. 3. When i asked for a/c remote battery they just took remote from another room and set the temperature but didn't gave batteries to me. 4. Tv was not working, it is included in booking but they didn't provide that to us. 5. Room was very exhausted and smelling very bad as they very close and not maintained properly. 6. No tissue paper or toilet paper was provided. 7. Shower was not working. 8. Many more bad things happened and character limit is also less so i am stopping here.

Let me first start with the rooms, when we entered the beds were unmade and the bedsheets, pillows were extremely dirty and when we asked to change the sheets they simply just took the sheets form another room and just placed it on the bed without even making it. Next the toilet, the toilet was so dirty and gross that when i entered it i nearly vomited the smell was unimaginable. That was the breaking point where we decided to book another place and leave immediately. If you are planning on staying here i highly suggest you look somewhere else as this hotel is not good at all.

My stay experience here was poor. Rooms were dirty, even linen was also very dirty. If you want to use swimming pool you have to pay extra for that. I have reached 1-2 hr early then check in time so owner charged 500rs extra and didn't provide any slip also.

As i reached the property there's no dedicated staff.just one casual guy and one old lady trying to avoid our stay as it was prepaid. As we went to checkout the room half of the hotel was under renovation . The room he showed us was unacceptable. Dirty room smelling of paint heavily and comparative to pictures this was shocking. The whole property is not in good state. It left us no choice to move from there within 15 min. Terrible experience with this property.

Property is not clean no wifi no tv no hot water. Totally not good.
