Firstly, we went to the property but the manager denied the check in saying that this is not the hotel you have booked. Later on he said this is the old name of the hotel by the old management. And old management is no more handling this hotel. Later on we contact the support after 1-2 hour they were ready to a lot the room in different hotel saying that this is our hotel too. We have seen the room the room was pathetic that was not as per what we have booked. We contact the support again for this issue than hotel manager have alloted us different room saying that this is our delux room but that was not at all delux. Room was unhygienic, broken toilet tank, stains in toilet as well as in room, broken sealing wordrobe. Washroom was pathetic specially shower was not working properly. And yes the water bottle they provided were not sealed seems they were refilled and provided to us which was very much disappointing. Overall that was pathetic experience ever.

No water in shower; i call reception 10rimes & they kept on saying we are starting water motor and we are sending water in bucket.

In room. Hot water not available hotel person transfer for bath due to non available hot water & washbasin in bathroom also water leakage going. Not any service person. For anything want. Directly call by your mobile to reception. Then they will arrange.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid they are cheaters, charged rs. 975 extra only then gave room. When asked for receipt they refused arrogantly and clearly said we only give receipt for offline bookings. Even the package had breakfast they refused to give. We have never experienced such cheaters in our life.

I paid extra money after reaching there.

Breakfast is not available in hotel but men provided in booking conformation voucher. Bathroom door hook not available (room 202. Fam not working even if you put regulator on 5. Late check out fecility not providing in hotel but fecilty given in booking in voucher. My rating is 3/10

Room os not clean, service is not good, water getting dropped from ac, many times given for service call but not came. Worst experience

Please stay away from this hotel for your mental peace. I shifted 2 room within 2 hrs poor cleaning. In the middle of the night the ac is not working as battery down in the remote. When we asked to front office. They said they arrange morning. Asked to change the room again

Property location and the actual property location mentioned both are different it was very confusing. The property is located inside a street which is not easily accessible by vehicle.
