They want extra money wtf is happening so rude not recommended for others they told me to pay extra to pay and give a bad room

They refused the check-in at midnight. The manager says that they don't care any booking through online, they need 1500 per room through cash or gpay if you want to check-in. They even misbehave of you argue, and just keep on repeating "You speak to Customer Care", very well aware that we have no where to go at midnight.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall facilities were quite good, my experience was unfortunately marred by the receptionist’s behavior. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy and the amenities were up to the mark — no complaints there. However, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Right from check-in, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which left a very bad first impression. Any queries or requests were met with indifference or rudeness, making the interaction unpleasant. It’s a because the hotel has great potential, but customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue because it could really improve the stay for future guests.

When I arrived at my hotel they said that the room I booked was undergoing some painting stuff happening so please adjust in a small room for a day. Then the didn't even provide a chair in that new room. There we no hotels to get food nearby. They didn't even provide water bottle. Next day I saw people staying in the rooms they said were undergoing painting. It realised Since I ordered I got some discount so with low payment they didn't allow me to have that big room and gave a small room instead. Later I asked that person who was staying in rooms where painting was going on which was a lie , he said there was no painting or any maintanence stuff going on in upper floors. Next day was my checkout so while vacating he started asking money for the water bottles I got from them. I mean atleast water should be provided as a basic amenity. I was my worst hotel experience so far.

The staff was unconcerned and insensitive about the basic need. All through the night playing a movie on the mobile very loudly. Very eager to get the booked customer to checkout b4 time.

I booked this hotel, after a double confirmation executive over call visited the hotel & when i checked-in there, the person in the front reception said that we don't take any bookings at the weekends & all rooms are full & denied the booking. Frnds, pols note this hotel is not good & safe for people visiting as a married couple or family because they're giving rooms on rent on hourly basis for unmarried couples without even taking id proof from them. Overall, we didn't stay in that hotel at all. After a big struggle with ppl, they changed & gave in another property which is 6. 1 km from this property. Then we booked cab again, spending extra money for transportation & reached another property.

Stayed for one night. The overall hotel's cleanliness is satisfactory. No bathroom items like soap, towels, etc were provided. I'll review the details in coming days.

It was safe n sound to stay here, calmly rest assure. But only missing is amenities are not provided. Wish next time do provide amenities like towel, soap or shampoo for showering.

The service was top-notch, and the room was cozy. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was cozy and comfortable.

Apart from booking they are asking extra amount if we ask with them why your asking extra money, they not responding simply they are telling look to another hotel, i booked hotel at 700 with discount afar t from 700 we have to pay extra 500 at time of check in. Please inform to hotel management for this type of issues
