Nice and quite satisfied with room and amenities. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good, AC and fan, TV are excellent.

There were tiny cockroaches crawling on the floor and bed, which would emerge when food was brought into the room. - *Bathroom Ventilation*: The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. - *Breakfast*: The complimentary breakfast was brought from a nearby shop and served in disposable plates. It might be better to opt out of this service and grab something fresh within a 10-minute walk. - *Amenities*: The lift is available and in good working condition. - *Bedsheets*: The bedsheets could be kept in better condition, as some had visible stains. - *Room Preference*: Corner rooms with two windows offering cross-ventilation is preferable. Other rooms have only one window."

The owner/receptionist charged more than what was paid online

I reached early at 8.0am and the guy at reception said there are early checkin charges. He said Rs.200 per hour. Thats crazy. i told him mmt had mentioned 2 hr early chkin possible if rooms available. After negotiating he took 500 from me and as expected didn't give receipt. The room i got has a window which opens to a wall of another building. Room bedding was not clean. stains on some places. The bathroom is very small. The geyser pipe leaking. Toilet was clean though. Room fan making noise. mmt had mentioned breakfast available but hotel says not available. Though upon raising concern mmt refunded 300 for 2 days breakfast charges. The wardrobes are were not good. Hotel room looked like a PG room. It is quite far from main road and surrounding area is mostly under construction or filthy open plots. Overall this felt like a slight upgrade over roadside lodge which i might have used some 20 yrs back when i was bachelor.

It's very convienent near to us visa bio metric and consulate, good and hygienic bed and rest room, from inn to main road by walk and all the areas surrounded this inn. So please prefer this share capital of srinikainn

hotel is in key location, but on internal side of the area where one has to walk 400 mtrs to reach the main road or every time book uber to reach any where. hotel is newly built so no complains with how it is. when we reached there that night temp was 16 degrees, one person took a hot shower and hot water stopped and never returned, we had to take cold shower and go to bed, it was horrible. this hotel only provides mineral water bottle. no tea no breakfast options so again you have to walk 400 mtrs to reach main road to have tea and breakfast. when you reach hotel you get a mobile number to talk to the staff in case you want to talk, i dialed it 5 times and was answered only twice. its economical hotel but can be improved in many ways by the owners

Worst ever booking experience. I booked with full payment but they deniged to give room at the odd hours. I managed to avail near by hotel on my own. Worst treatment I received from the hotel reception and I could not contact make my trip booking person to complain about. Some OYO person was speaking for refund mail. I dont know that will be done. If not I sue them in consumer court.

Good and clean room with nice and friendly staff. A walking distance to us consulate, hyderabad. Five minutes walk away from main road.

Good stay, room was clean and neat to stay and cheap and best at affordable price with those facilities but a small issue was they didn't come for cleaning the room while we were staying for 3 days

It was mentioned that breakfast is complimentary while booking the hotel. But after reaching location we got to know that they wont provide breakfast. Location of hotel is quite interior.

The room was spacious, with daily room cleaning. However, there's no food availability (even though breakfast was included in the booking) as there's no kitchen.
