I’ve booked but they never gave me room. They’re too busy even to give a response! Completely un-professional

There were roaches and ants in the room. Terrible smoke smell could not stay and vacated after 1 day. I could not stay the second night and went to a different place. I request you refund me atheist one night stay, which I didn't stay and some discount on first day as well due to these issues

There are no problems with the rooms or the hospitality. I will always suggest this hotel, and i have been there several times. And it remains the same.

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. Except location nothing was good in this hotel. No complementary drinking water, no sampoo nor shop in bathroom. No remote were working in room. Even if they forced to give you GST which was collected by previously. If you complain than staff became violent towords you. BE CAREFUL before booking.

The hotel room is decent and clean very close to the alipiri entrance gate. Good for a days stay. Employees were responsive and polite.

It was a terrible experience. Hotel staff didn't accept mm t booking and denied us to give a room as per the booking request. We were on road infront of the hotel hoping that mm t customer care resolves this issue but there is a very slow response from your end. As there was no action taken from either the hotel or mmt, i have to leave the property and went out searching for new stay exactly in the middle of the night

worst se worst experience raha yahan, life me first time esa stay kisi bhi hotel me kiya hoga, reception se hi negative inauspicious feeling aane lagi thi, staff lazy, room me pani glass soap towel kuchh nhi intercom facility nhi, TV nhi chal raha, AC nhi chal raha, inn sab k liye bola to manaa kar diya gaya direct ki nhi ho payega, GST charge manga gaya jabki booking thi, hotel booked tha and raat 11.30 ho rhe the to option nhi tha koi or, itna ganda bathroom, mai kisi ko bhi iss hotel me nahane k liye nhi bolu, very bad and horrible experience🤮🤮

In a three day stay, housekeeping was done only once. Bedsheet and pillow covers given were not properly cleaned.
