I would give this hotel a 0 star rating. It's a terrible place, and the staff are even worse—they whatsoever when talking to guests. There's no TV, and the restrooms are very dirty.

No toiletries are there. Washroom was very dirty. Dirty linen. Staff behaviour is very unprofessional.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with hotel Capital O Swan Paradise that I booked through MakeMyTrip. Upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist outright refused to let me check into the room despite having a confirmed booking. This was not only embarrassing but also highly inconvenient as I was left stranded with nowhere to go. I immediately contacted MakeMyTrip’s customer support multiple times—at least three to four times—hoping they would resolve the issue, but all I received were false assurances. Every time I called, they assured me that they were working on the problem and that I would be able to check in soon, but nothing was done. I wasted hours waiting, only to realize that their so-called "support" was completely ineffective. To make matters worse, they refused to provide any refund, meaning I ended up wasting my hard-earned money on a service that was never even provided. The hotel staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and uncooperative, making the entire experience even more distressing. It is unacceptable for a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip to associate with such hotels that fail to honor bookings and treat guests with such disregard. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this hotel and think twice before booking through MakeMyTrip if they value their time, money, and peace of mind. This experience has left me with no trust in their services, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or platform to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

The male staff there does not have the courtesy to talk to the guests: and if the bedsheet is asked to be changed in the morning, it is changed in the evening, that too after asking 10 times..... or Mai bata du ki yaha ke staff jo h guest ko pareshan karne ke liye room ke electric switch ko bar on /off krte h ... sach me yar Aisa battamiz ladke kabhi ni dekha.. isme owner ko dhyan dena chahiye ki hotel me guest ke sath ky Kiya jata or action lena chahiye....

Very bad experience. Already booking hone ke bad bhi hotel wall ne alag se rs. 600 charge kiye he and hotel me na ac proper work kar rahi he na hotel ke room proper lock ho rahe he. Very bad service

Very bad experience. We have already booked the hotel and paid in advance But after long travel when we reached hotel the hotel staff said the rooms are not available in same price, we have to pay extra if we need room. So as we travelled long distance we have to pay extra money and stay at the hotel. the service and facilities of hotel is also poor. They do not have hygiene standards in their hotels.

Room not give and say make my trip is not authenticate for our hotel owner of hotel is not allow to give mm t people 's room in his hotel

We liked it here, very good facilities and also the room is like this, the room is clean, there is suvidha of tv.

Hotel is fantastic. It is not that expensive. But in the morning lights went off and die to that i forgot my capri there.

It is very teribale and very bad hotel. Hotels staff behavior very rude and negative mentality and hotel staff nether negative mind set. If you plan stay in this hotel i suggest you pols don't go because very bad and narrow mindset of hotel staff and hotels rooms very bad and bathroom, bed toilet very darty.

Charged with me extra money and bed was not clean but hotel staffs are brokar’s

"go and book any seat from sarwate bus stand not this hotel" have booked and prepaid the 700 rs amount for a room but while checking in the hotel executive asked me to pay extra 300rs for terr-if charges. As i refused to pay they said no rooms are available please cancel the booking. Please see the attached rooms pics.

My experience with this hotel as worst. Reception staff is very rude and uncultured. After two hours of arrival. Room is not ready. No electricity in the room, no towel, no toiletries, broken tap, tidy walls and many more

I was charged 600 more for rooms at 3 am night even i have paid total amount via mmt. They continue arguing and i was with family and have females in it.

No proper water supply. They demand rs. 350 extra for room. Worst hospitality. No hot water supply. Only piece of soap is available. No shampoo. Overall worst experience
