No lift to climb 3rd floor. No almirah to put clothes or bags. No ac working. No inverter or optional power supply. No tv working. No ventilation. Dirty pillow. Staff behaviour hilarious. Outskirts of city. Very very worst experience.

The behavior of people working in hotels is not good. The quantity of food is very less but the price of food is very high. There was neither a table, nor a chair, nor a cupboard in the room. The bedsheet and towel were not clean.

Yes there is no hand wash in washroom no shampoo no nothing room service is very bad call but no one comes quickly first of all no one pick up the phone. There is not even a water bottle in the room, i have not seen worse service than this.

we were booked the hotel but hotel reception staff not accepted our booking. they told booking ate sold out but our booking was confirming in that time we tried to cancel the booking but its not done. our money are totally wasted in reception staff took more money and then booked the hotel. very very disappointed. will never go there.
