The stay is comfortable for bachelors, opposite KSRTC bus stand is there and it's near the town within a km

At this price range, with a decent quality this is the ONLY hotel available at this locality. The staff are very friendly and supportive even if we have to visit the hotel at wee hours. They immediately obliged to provide a room at the ground floor for my mother, considering her health condition. I'm very thankful and happy for all the amenities available at this place.

The property is just opposite the ksrtc bus stand vaikom. The hotel is old with a bar, the customers from the bar will be standing in the way as groups, which is unpleasant for family travellers. The building has no lifts, no complimentary kits, no bottled water. The linen is dirty and torn. The staff are poor guys who are helpless with complaints. The phone number and direction given is wrong. Since there are so many hotels with the name vembanad, you may be misdirected by google maps.

Wonderful, stay very, very neat and clean good service and good location. No other side disturbing. Totally very good.

First of all let me say i was satisfied the way the make my trip customer support team contacted when we had an issue in booking with the hotel first. About the hotel, positives, it's too spacious. The bathroom looks like a room means it's that large. Negatives: they didnt provide us with bathroom essentials like soap or paste. Towel was provided. The room had a dust smell when entering. Overall i would give a 3. When can i avail this discount?

When i went to the hotel they told they don’t have type up with mm t and i had again paid 2k. Totally disappointing experience.

they will not accept any online booking apps like makemy trip or oyo. we must need to pay extra charges they ask.

2. Not stay in room. Hotel is ask extra money

Rooms readiness is not there, after we got into the room realised a/c not working, no remote, and no extra sheets and beds. Have shifted to another room. We expect hotel to check all these things before guests arrival. Rest room maintained well

the hotel charged me extra saying they have termination with oyo two months back. it's a above a bar not suitable for family please.

Horrendous experience. Pathetic rooms with horrible walls and extremely unprofessional staff. Not even close to recommending.

when we checked in there, they took extra 1800Rs from us and they are saying they don't have any connection with OYO when I asked them then why it is showing they said they don't know. worst service ever experienced from a hotel. there is no proper staff also. BAR experience.... terrible!!
