Capital Residancy

We booked 2 rooms for 2 family. I chose this based on mm t value stay tag. Stayed for 3 nights. Dec 23 to 26, 2023. Really happy with the room. It was neat, safe. At main town of sulthan bathery. We have good restaurant near it. Reception staff is also good. Room cleaning was not done everyday. Drinking water( bubble top can) can be provided at every floor or near reception so that we can use it. Overall, felt happy with the stay. Pols go for it without thinking.

We gang of 5 people booked at capital residence for 3 days stay. Excellent ambience and theme of the Capital Residancy was very nice. The reception face people, helper boy all greeted us with a warm welcome. They arranged us cab service as well for the outing throughout wayanad as we didn't prepare for the cab service. Sheitzo and uni were the cab services drivers who were helpful, polite and had a safe journey with them.

Neat rooms. Ac wifi and warm water never gave trouble. If you looking foe privacy in the middle of town this s a good option. Opposite is mint mall, surrounded by wilton Capital Residancy and the indian coffee house - food is sorted. Parking is minuscule so big cars might have trouble. But the reception is very friendly they'll sort things out. Decent stay for less than per day. Worth it.

Pros: 1. Great hospitality; 2. Location is in the center of the city just opposite mint-mall and chicking; 3. Parking facility is good. Cons: 1. Phone was not in working condition; 2. No tissues in the bathroom; 3. Bathroom is small but not congested. 4. Lift is too small - it accommodates only 3 persons at-a time hence need to wait if there are more guests waiting for the lift.

The room is excellent and fit for a couple with one kid. An extra bed fits the requirements too for a third person. Location is great and all the restaurants are just walkable. Car parking is a little tight. Rest everything is fine.

room service was excellent.and also room was well organised,neat and tidy.i liked the most is heat water supply,it was always available.all together it was a good experience.surely will select this Capital Residancy next time❤️. ok

The property is in the centre of town. Clean, hygienic and standard rooms. Classy interiors and well maintained facility. Parking is an issue. Very congested and only for 4 cars. All amenities available within 1km. Worth the price

This Capital Residancy has been best and within budget. Good location best service provided. Clean toilets and prompt service in centrally located. This Capital Residancy is budget friendly and staff is also very helpful.

Good atmosphere. Bus facilities and good restaurants are nearby. Bathrooms need to be repaired. Coir bed mattress is recommended for a sound sleep.

Nice location. Rooms are clean and tidy. 24 hrs hot water facility is there. Large bathroom. Only downside is not all the tv channels are coming.

it was a fantastic stay in capital residency, wayanad. makemytrip helped me lot to find comfortable homely stay. it's apt for family stay. felt very happy with d stay. thank u makemytrip 😀👍

clean room, toilet. excellent staff, especially lady in reception who provided towels etc personally. right in the heart of town on main road.

Its located in heart of the city. Well cleaned and neatly maintained room. Good to stay with family. Easy access to all tourist spot.

Rooms and staffs are good. Have a problem parking space not sufficient.

Rooms are good and clean. Lift is too small for the Capital Residancy. Towels and pillow covers were old. Staff and room service is good.
