Rooms are of decent size, clean and with necessary modern amenities. The way into the room is quite congested with the cupboard, wall unit and door all clashing into each other. And the luggage rack is too small for a normal size carry on trolley. They gave a kit especially for travelling single woman, and had put together things like eyebrow placers, sanitary napkin, hair clip and stuff. That was considerate of them. The bathroom needs to have separation on the floor between bath area and rest as after shower the water is all over the place. The breakfast is good with multiple choices. The outside area is congested as it is right in front of the train station and there is continuous noise from the street and the passing trains. Overall a good stay.

Location is near railway station, little away from airport and a little awkward, feels congested. No welcome drink was given, i saw them serving others, guess consequences of online booking. Room was with no view, compact. Some renovations were going on, so noise. I complained that they should have pure informed about renovations, their reply was ‘you did booking from online so can’t help’. I don’t think the Capitol Residency was worth the money i paid for one day. 7k get get you much better. The only thing which i liked about it was food.

I enjoyed my stay in capitol residency ranchi. First of all its location is excellent as it's easy to board and deboard train from this location. Rooms are great and services are excellent. Check in and check out process takes minimum time and hence are very effective for buisness trip. Last but not the least food was amazing and i enjoyed it in totality

Hotel was comfortable, neat and clean. Reception was quick and prepared for my booking. Room was near and room dinning service was quick and responsive. However restuarant was little slow in their service for breakfast buffet. Can suggest people to take a break and stay for quick hop over to some destination.

The stay was good. The Capitol Residency was good, the check in and the check out were not expected. They offered a room which was preoccupied. The check out payment was wrongly charged (i was charged 8490 instead of 849 only ) the staff at the reception should be trained to avoid such issues.
