Carlton Hotel - Colaba

The raju sir the staff have done an commendable job in running this Carlton Hotel - Colaba. We also know how to run buisness and being from buisness family. The staff plays an important role the raju sir here was the main person who is handling everything very nicely and thanks and kudos to them. Suggestions which can be done are proper maintenance of wifi as very poor speed and unconncectable cal-ton 1 especially. Put intercoms in every room get 1 guard for Carlton Hotel - Colaba room who'll be standing outside 24*7 yet the guard's are good still for security. The staff is very very good i have stayed in Carlton Hotel - Colaba because of there behavior only. Please repair and do main e tance in properly in bathrooms amenities to be improved. Suggestions book should be given after every checkout to every customer so they can provide good feedback )

The room had two double beds as we booked as per our need. The room was clean except the window balcony. Tv, ac, fan, etc. Were working as expected. We were aware that the toilet/bathroom is not attached with it and had to use the common ones. The common toilet/bathroom was clean too. Good: - the staff was very cooperative and guids well whenever asked. - the Carlton Hotel - Colaba was clean from inside. - has a common balcony with chairs and table to sit. Things to improve: - the window balcony must be clean. It was seem to have not been cleaned from a long time and had pigeon waste. - the window doesn't have curtains but the blinds. The blinds allow light which is uncomfortable while sleeping. Overall it was a really good experience for me and my family.

The owner of the Carlton Hotel - Colaba, The Manager Mr. Raju, were very understanding and helpfull and caring.. We were 4 ladies and a 4 year child. I booked carlton Carlton Hotel - Colaba, with the common bathroom option. When I checked in, the Owner gave us an option to select two rooms with one attached washroom. We were happy and very thankful to the carlton team. We had to check out at 11 a. m. But i had requested for late check out , The team helped us a lot and understand our situation. Only good thing about Carlton Hotel - Colaba is their staff and they know the hospitality and location. And they understand the situation because i booked a double room with attached bathroom but that room is already booked offline. So they provide us some separate room where no one can use that shared bathroom. And at the time of checkout they refunded me some amount which i gave at the time of online booking. They provi6 tea and hot water in morning as i requested them but they don't provide welcome drink which is mentioned at the time of booking.

The Carlton Hotel - Colaba was right behind the Taj Mahal Palace Carlton Hotel - Colaba and very close to attractions as gateway of India, art museums, etc. The Carlton Hotel - Colaba doesn't have a restaurant but there are many restaurants close to it. There is a bus stand close to the Carlton Hotel - Colaba which connects you to most of the areas in Mumbai and the nearest railway Station is Church gate. I will surely recommend this Carlton Hotel - Colaba if you are travelling on a budget but please be aware that they only have common bathrooms.

The best thing about the Carlton Hotel - Colaba is its prime location. The Carlton Hotel - Colaba serves free tea and coffee. Everything was great, the only thing that bothered me a bit was the shared toilets. Though the Carlton Hotel - Colaba ensures to clean it all the time.
The Carlton Hotel - Colaba and it's staff are extremely helpful. The Carlton Hotel - Colaba practices the best safety standards and is located in a clean and a posh neighbourhood. Mr raju is a great man. He did his best to help us and make our stay comfortable.

The four star is for the location and staff behaviour. They do not have attached bathrooms. Book only if you are travelling single or if you are OK with separate toilets. Toilets and Bath are speck clean though. The location is 5 star as it is just behind Taj and the gateway of India is also just in front. You have the Leopold cafe and the Colaba market in the street behind. Serene upscale locale. Warm behaviour by Carlton Hotel - Colaba staff. Especially Mr. Raju at the front desk.

Best place to live in Colaba.

This is the second time I booked this Carlton Hotel - Colaba. Hotel is located very near to the gateway of India. The Colaba market is 5 min walk away. Staff is polite and cooperative. Rooms and washrooms are though very small but are clean and well maintained.

According to the location, price is ok-ok but we got common showers. If it was attached bathroom in that price then it is excellent.

I really loved the location of this Carlton Hotel - Colaba. This is just behind taj Carlton Hotel - Colaba and near to modengor cafe, leopold cafe, colaba social. Upon reaching there, owner gave me 2-3 option for room selection and upgrade. Rooms were small but neat and clean. Staff is good and helping. There is nice seating area where you can have tea and enjoy neighbourhood. Overall good experience

Right behind the Taj Mahal Hotel, an old building tastefully renovated. Rate is okay for the location and comfort level.

I was looking for a cheap but good Carlton Hotel - Colaba near Marine drive and there came this Carlton Hotel - Colaba where I choose to stay and my stay was good.
Nothing the room was good and well maintained and also within budget.

Room are small but location nearby gate way of india.

Location is nice. Gateway of India is so close.
