Carmel top Resort

The property is new and the location is good, rooms are clean and big but the staff is less, currently they don't have a restaurant so no dinner and snacks. They provide coffee but till before 5. 00 pm. Also we stayed here for 2 nights but despite asking them to clean our room on the second day no one came to clean our room. I feel they need to increase their staff and i hope they will in the coming future. And lastly as they do provide breakfast but the options are very less and they serve only tea in breakfast no coffee.

Rooms and the stay was excellent. It's a must visit resort inside munnar town. The view from the Carmel top Resort is very nice. Tea plantations and munnar city can be viewed from the room window. Rooms were neat and clean. Hot water was available in the entire stay. Car parking are also available. Tourist places are also just few kilometers from this resort.

The place was really great it was beyond my expectations their service was good they started this 5 month ago soo they need maybe some improvement and the food was good home made they have to improve in break fast meenu all wort for all penny i spent

The stay was very comfortable as it's a very new property. The location and views are very good, at the centre of munnar. Highly recommending if you are travel-ling with family.

Very nice resort in heart of Munnar town. Excellent view. You have lot of food options right outside the resort.
