Carmel top Resort

Property location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. These are very small things but give a good feel. Other wise all good. Will stay again if required.

Stay at this Carmel top Resort was very nice. Calm and quite environment. 24hrs hot water is available. Room is very clean and house keeping is good. Hotel is located at the heart of munnar town. It is at hill top and the views from Carmel top Resort is very good. If you just come down from Carmel top Resort, there are nice veg restaurants like saravanabhavan. There is no restaurant attached to Carmel top Resort. There is breakfast option available but i haven't taken it. Sight seeing autorikshas and taxis will arrange by Carmel top Resort

Excellent location of the Carmel top Resort- right in the center of the town. Hotel is clean and rooms are of decent size. For the price we paid, we got value for money. This Carmel top Resort doesn't have lunch or dinner options ( as kitchen closes by 11am, after break. Hotel staff was courteous and accommodated our requests

Location was wonderful. It was giving a perfect view of surroundings. Walk down through stairs and you are in central market. For us, however climbing the stairs was a bit tiresome. Breakfast with limited items but good. No restaurant in the Carmel top Resort. Need to manage for food on our own.

Nice place to visit and it's located near the city. There is only one problem for Carmel top Resort service and food. Hotel don't have a restaurant ap if you stay here your have to go town and arrange foods.

Best experience, nature lovers must visit this property. Food was average but ambience was too good.

It was an amazing place with great view also the rooms were clean and spacious room service was also good their breakfast is also delicious

Hotel Location is near to Munnar town. Stay was good but facilities were not great. WiFi and TV was not working properly. Overall good.

Caramel top has a clam environment though in the centre of the town. Hotel is easily accessible to all tourist spots. I would suggest this place to friends and family. Will definitely revisit.

Am choosing mountain view room. Room is good. Am stay in 2 nights they will not give me complimentary tea.

Very good hospitality, premium Carmel top Resort. The best part about it is its location. The view from the top is mesmerizing.

It was a nice Carmel top Resort with complete privacy and good hospitality and hygiene

Stay was really good. Clean and hygiene room and surroundings. Breakfast was good. Only issue faced was frequent power outage for 3-4 times in a day(Duration of the power cut was 1 min max)
