Food is good, Location is far to access the beach and ride facilities are less, but we can get the Autos. All facilities are good.

Property location is amazing, specially if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floors, they have an awesome view. Food was terrible, specially the breakfast. Restaurant is not professionally run. Rooms are vast and decent but freshness in the room could have been better. Staff were courteous. The hotel needs to have a more professional approach. Overall memorable and amazing stay certainly relaxing.

Facilities and location are very good . I actually didn't have a chance to explore food there. Hygiene is maintained, very well mannered staff. We have privacy. Rooms are good and spacious than 5 star hotels. Swimming pool is also maintained well. I would like to stay in same hotel again

I had a great time! The view from the 3rd and higher floors is absolutely stunning. It’s a bit of a trek from the beach, but the area is super peaceful and quiet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. Before visiting, I clearly called the hotel and informed them that I would be checking in late around 8 PM and checking out the next day at 4 PM. The person on call said, “No problem sir, we’ll adjust late check-out without any extra charge since you’re coming late.” Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the booking. But after reaching the hotel, the story completely changed. They suddenly said I’d have to pay ₹500 extra for late check-out. Since I had already reached and didn’t want the hassle of finding another place at night, I agreed. Later, after I checked in, they called me again and said I needed to pay ₹1000 more, I felt really cheated and helpless because I trusted their word before coming. It’s not about the money, it’s about keeping promises and treating guests honestly. On the brighter side, the food was tasty and service was okay, but there are no nearby transport options or restaurants, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay here. Overall, my stay could have been pleasant, but the way the staff handled the situation completely ruined the experience for me.

Overall a good experience, spacious rooms, good hospitality and even the food was decent. The sea facing view was amazing. The terrace was also beautiful.

Hi friends, we are from Hyderabad and chose to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary in Bheemli. we chose Casa resort as some friends suggested. we reached the hotel two hours before check in time. Staff cooperated and alloted our designated suite in second floor. wow room is big with perfect ambiance. It has a big balcony with a swing and sea view is brilliant. Beach is just walkable distance. staff are very cooperative and service is good. Food is good with generous quantity at affordable price. only one suggestion. please include local delicacies like Andhra fish pulusu, Gongura chutney and focus on local flavours. so guests from other states can try and appreciate our Andhra food and flavours. overall our experience was great and we strongly recommend this place.

The hotel view is awesome especially the terrace is worth it. Frequent power cuts in the hotel especially at night. The staff initially seemed supportive but during check out they blamed for stealing a coffee cup from their room which is highly disgraceful.

The absolute, undeniable highlight of our stay was the balcony. My room opened up to a private, spacious balcony that offered a breathtaking, 180-degree panoramic view of the sea. Waking up each morning, sliding the glass doors open, and being greeted by the sound of gentle waves and the fresh, salty air was a therapy in itself. I spent countless hours out there – sipping our morning coffee while watching the sun rise, reading in the afternoon with the sea breeze for company, This balcony alone is worth the price of admission. The comfort of the room perfectly complemented the beauty outside. The king-sized bed was incredibly plush with high-quality linens, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with ample space and a seating area that also faced the sea. The bathroom was well-appointed with a fantastic rain shower and premium toiletries. It was the perfect sanctuary to return to after a day at the beach. In summary, if you are looking for a hotel where the ocean is the star, Casa Beach Front is the place to be. The combination of an unforgettable view from your private balcony, luxurious comfort, and delicious food makes for a five-star coastal getaway. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Had a pleasant stay at this place. Rooms are really good. Washrooms well maintained, location is very nice. Though it's in outskirts of vizag it's located in a good place and has a sea view from all rooms.

Overall Experience was very good, stayed for a night and had a great time. Highlights - Living room, sofa, bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and counter, dining table all were super clean and functional. Balcony is nice and big in size with 2 chairs, coffee table and one hanging chair. Receptionists were welcoming and helpful. Staff was very less while check-in and Check-out, you may have to carry your own luggage(Self Service) which was fine with us. Dinner(Veg) was ok. Breakfast was very good, specially idly-Vada was nice authentic. Location is not exactly beachfront, its roughly 800 mtrs from the beach which is walkable. Overall property is very well maintained. You may face some language issue as the staff is not very comfortable in other languages but overall its manageable. Staff were polite and nice but lacks professionalism, which can be improved. Room we stayed was an Executive Suite with Seaview Balcony. Room was neat and clean including bathroom. Enough car parking space available in the basement, be careful while entering as it’s very steep specially for sedan cars. Awesome Sea View from the balcony. Toiletries, Handwash, bathing soap, dental kit all provided. Linen, Sheets and towels were clean. Good Mobile network for Airtel.
