Overall Experience was very good, stayed for a night and had a great time. Highlights - Living room, sofa, bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and counter, dining table all were super clean and functional. Balcony is nice and big in size with 2 chairs, coffee table and one hanging chair. Receptionists were welcoming and helpful. Staff was very less while check-in and Check-out, you may have to carry your own luggage(Self Service) which was fine with us. Dinner(Veg) was ok. Breakfast was very good, specially idly-Vada was nice authentic. Location is not exactly beachfront, its roughly 800 mtrs from the beach which is walkable. Overall property is very well maintained. You may face some language issue as the staff is not very comfortable in other languages but overall its manageable. Staff were polite and nice but lacks professionalism, which can be improved. Room we stayed was an Executive Suite with Seaview Balcony. Room was neat and clean including bathroom. Enough car parking space available in the basement, be careful while entering as it’s very steep specially for sedan cars. Awesome Sea View from the balcony. Toiletries, Handwash, bathing soap, dental kit all provided. Linen, Sheets and towels were clean. Good Mobile network for Airtel.

The location is bit far from the main attractions of Vizag, however that is what makes this Hotel an ideal place for people who are looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. All the rooms here are sea facing and there are plenty of greenery between the Hotel and sea. The roads ahead are also wide and congestion free.

Location was out of the city but it was so beautiful and peace. Hotel’s staff behaviour was so professional and friendly. Food was lil bit spicy and South Indian style. It was good but can be better. Perfect place for family and bachelors.

Location is serene , peaceful but the amenities are not complete basic toiletries were not provided like towels , good quality shampoos and shower gels and slippers so that was disappointing apart from that everything was nice . Good food and ambience.

I recently stayed at Casa and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Everything was well-arranged and felt homely. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with all basic amenities provided. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I got good sleep without any disturbance. The staff was polite and helpful, and the service was on time. Even small things like hot water, clean towels, and fast Wi-Fi were taken care of properly. Location-wise, Casa is in a good area — easy to reach and close to shops and restaurants. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend Casa to family and friends.

Stayed in Casa Beachfront 5th floor suites from 5-9 July 2025 Pros: 1. If someone is looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the midst of nature, then this hotel is perfect. 2. Sea viewing rooms. 3. Large balcony. Cons: 1. In the front drawing room of our 5th floor suite, only one ceiling fan was installed. AC should also be there. Of course bedroom had AC, but AC is required in drawing room also for humid summers. 2. Far from the city. More than one hour from railway station.
