staff was very helpful and kind ..Only problem with the Tv and rooms doors..Rest all fine ..Front office executive I forgot his name he always ready to help.

it's clean stay for me and management are too humble in Casa de Bangalore. Breakfast here is quite good , you can have Ala card option too

What i saw in the photos was not like that, i didn't sleep properly, the room was not good, a/c not working properly, too much noise, this is my first experience. Higher rates also.

Stay was too comfortable and all the staff is very understanding, polite which makes your stay a happy one. Food was good. Rooms are very clean and all amenities were there. I would strongly recommend every one to stay here. I wish all of them best wishes always. Great team work from casa de bangalore

The location of the property is excellent. Service of the staff and at tbe receiption was also very good. The ac in the room allotted to me was not working, so they responded immediately and changed my room. Morning breakfas also have the varities and taste wise they are good.

Good stay for business visits. Neat and clean rooms with workstations and hot plate availability

Very bad experience. If any one from senior management is ready this take note. I had booked a deluxe suite room keeping in mind 2 ppl can stay. At night the person at desk wanted to bill me extra for that person (even though i was staying alone. I didn't want to argue and paid him extra

Very very average hotel compared to the price charged. The price charged is as per a star hotel but not at all like that.

Service was very very poor the reception guy was impolite and a horrible person. Bad odour in the room totally pathetic! i recommend not to book in this hotel

Room was comfortable but not value for money. Basic amenities not available and were provided on asking for it. Water cattle was not working, no tooth brush and grooming kit available. Breakfast was nice. Food was good.

2. We requested for an early check in where they kept saying rooms are not vacant. But when we said we would have payed the extra amount if room was vacant they suddenly said we have a vacancy. Despite paying half day's rent for room only for 2 hours stay they didn't give breakfast to us or even extra bottles of water even. No bathroom slippers or toothpaste and brush were provided. Even after asking only 1 set was provided for 2 adults. Even big brands make arrangements for guests in peak season and they put up with tantrums with many rooms vacant

The stay at casa de bengaluru was way below expectations. There was no hot water in the bathroom, the flush wasn't working, the toiletries were not there. Food was unhygienic and unhealthy. The breakfast food was cold. There was no room service and no laundry services.

The rooms were not clean with almost no amenities

I had a good experience. Rooms are big enough and lot of eating places around. Staff is very helpful
