rooms good but food not up to mark

The place had a personal touch to it from decor to the staff. It has attached cafe with complete fort view and we totally enjoyed our evening tea and dinner in the Cafe with Fort view. I personal liked the rooms, it's decor and totally enjoyed my stay.

Casa de kaku jaisalmer is a beautiful maintained property. Best location for sunset view. Fort view is amazing. Loved the ambience of room. Very comfortable stay.

I booked a room in casa de kaku, jaisalmer with jacuzzi and paid higher price for the room. However, jacuzzi was not working. I complained about the same but told that it is not working. Property is also average. There is only room with jacuzzi in the property. My question is that why anybody would pay higher price for the service promised for but not provided. I think i deserve refund at least for the service not provided for.

Excellent premises although approach road is bit rough. Good location at a height with good views. Excellent food.

The hotel location is great, nice view of the jaisalmer fort, convenient to commute to tourist attractions, stand out was the restaurant excellent vibes great place to relax in the evening

City centre location, food is amazing, fort view café with sunset and sunrise point. Neat and clean rooms with all major amenities

Location is good rooms are comfortable but price it high, there is not meal avalible after paying this much money, although you can have paid food at their restraunt, but it is also veru expensive

Our recent stay at casa de kaka jaisalmer was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location provided a stunning view of jaisalmer, and the rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious food, although it was a bit on the pricier side. However, the rooftop restaurant's breathtaking view of jaisalmer was well worth it. We particularly enjoyed our stay in the golden fort view suite, which offered a luxurious and memorable experience. Overall, we highly recommend casa de kaka jaisalmer to anyone visiting jaisalmer. The hotel's combination of comfort, hospitality, and stunning views made it an unforgettable stay.

One of the good property under 2 and 3 star. Staff was courteous and having sunset from the rooftop is good. Restaurant is open cafe which is also good, food menu is little pricy but view is worth in eve or candle light dinner.

The hotel is comparatively new, hence the maintenance and hygiene is good, linens are neat, bathroom is tidy, fittings are good. The hospitality of the staff is also appreciable. We have stayed in the maharani suit & the room is of descent size with the required furnishings to cater 03 adults comfortably. The rooftop restaurant is the usp, it provides a grand view of the sonar kill a (golden fort) and the ambience in evening is pretty good. On the cons, the menu pricing is on much higher side compared to the food portion and quality. The food is expensive and we did not enjoyed it, as the flavour and taste was not up to the mark and was quite similar between the dishes. The hotel does not provide room service. The toiletries quality was also cheap. The location of the hotel is not good, the surroundings are dirty. While we enjoyed the stay, however i felt the overall experience was bit expensive than the money spent.
