Casa Hotel Jubilee Hills

Room was clean however amenities like bathroom lock, cupboard handles was in bad shape. TV was not working on day 1, day 2 barely connected. Food very basic & breakfast served only after 8am. Breakfast room only 1 AC was working so stuffy. Hotel reception ambience was welcoming however receptionist dull. Hotel location is great & well connected.

Pros: - Location is great. Walkable.distance from metro station and clean place in Hyderabad city - Room service was good - Breakfast was decent Cons: - We were group of 3 girls. But the bed provided was queen size. - Someone was ringing bell on our door 3, 4 times between 1 am and 2 am, which was a concern for us as a group of girls. - Buckets were heavily coated with limescale

I understand that the hotel is old but the maintenance is on average side with dirty chairs, bathroom water leaking here and there. Services can be improved.
