due to some infrastructure issue they have shifted another property named trunk and trolly . the hotel is superb. food are delicious and staff are exllent

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the U.S. Consulate — it’s just a short and convenient distance away, which made my visa appointment stress-free and easy to manage. The area around the hotel also felt safe, with plenty of good restaurants and transport options nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hyderabad, especially for U.S. consulate appointments or business travel. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel is good. But service is not good. Cleanliness of glass cup is not good. Lot of dust found. Restaurant response is not good when asked for plates and water to room.

Overall good experience with this hotel, food served in the breakfast is good with variety of items. Major advantage is this is very close by to the US Embassy just a 5 min walk. Overall good experience and value for money.

We booked double room, but we found only one toothbrush in the bathroom. They could have kept two. Flush in the toilet was not working properly. Complementary breakfast was very good. My only suggestion is to keep vegetarian and non vegetarian foods separately, so that no one will be embarrassed.

good location. well maintained and good ambience. 2 rooms were allocated to me . in one shower was not working and in the second flush was not working. Hotel should double check on this prior to allocation. otherwise stay was good

Dear Casa my stay at your hotel is good. No regrets . i like complementary breakfast , which was delicious and healthy too. room service n hospitality just awesome .

The rooms were quite spacious and clean and the food too was great in the restaurant. Enjoyed the stay.

most rooms don't have a window it's a dead wall, It felt like I was locked up but close to American consulate

Location is nearer to us consulate.just 2 minutes walk.more comfortable to reach Us consulate.breakfast is tasty and healthy.so overall I feel more comfortable.

Done advance payment for my Lunch/Dinner along with my room booking. I had checked in at 2.30 pm, I did not have Lunch. I was outside for dinner, thinking that I can have lunch the next day. When I went to have my Lunch, the Casa Hotel management did not permit me and my wife and finally I had to pay the actual bill. This is purely, and they should have refunded the advance money which I paid, which they refused.

Bathroom were not clean and tidy. No free water for additional bottles. Breakfast was terrible, no veg options. Staff was not cooperative

The location is quite good, but the food & facilities could have been better!The staff, especially at the restaurant and reception (morning shift), were courteous!Strangely, no guests were allowed🙄

very nice hotel, best location for us Embassy, and it delicius food specifically vegetariun food, biryani was so delicious,, room are clear and it staff is so good in behavior,

next to USA consulate good staff right with family with kids under 10 great amenities with room service and laundry
