*comfort and convenience* the apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool and pleasant even in the goa heat. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own meals if i wished. * *location, location, location* arpora is a great base for exploring goa, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. * *friendly staff* the staff at casa legend were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for things to do and places to eat. * *value for money* considering the quality of the apartments, the facilities, and the location, the price was very reasonable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of apartment. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

This property provides only accommodation, no food and other services are available. This property is a society where they rent apartments and villas hence, all the rules are being followed strictly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I visited with family and had a comfortable stay.

I traveled with my family, and we enjoyed this property most. The property is well maintained and aesthetics are very good. We enjoyed swimming pool. Kitchen was handy to use. Pool view from room was very good. Host and care taker were proactive, supportive and very kind people.

We were a group of 6 people. We have booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms are fully furnished. It is a luxurious home stay with the facilities of a 3 star Casa Legend Villa and Apartments Arpora. The pool is very big and very clean.

Apartment was good. The water geyser was too small/instant. Service was ok. The property was clean. The kitchen was equipped with all emineties.
