I have stayed in this property for two had a very worst service & atmosphere with no proper responses from the hotel. It had very worst conditions of bathroom. Totally waste of money had a bad experience.

This property provides only accommodation, no food and other services are available. This property is a society where they rent apartments and villas hence, all the rules are being followed strictly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I visited with family and had a comfortable stay.

*comfort and convenience* the apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool and pleasant even in the goa heat. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own meals if i wished. * *location, location, location* arpora is a great base for exploring goa, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. * *friendly staff* the staff at casa legend were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for things to do and places to eat. * *value for money* considering the quality of the apartments, the facilities, and the location, the price was very reasonable.

It's a pretty good property with spacious rooms and equipped with all the amenities. A perfect stay for family. Has good pool.

I traveled with my family, and we enjoyed this property most. The property is well maintained and aesthetics are very good. We enjoyed swimming pool. Kitchen was handy to use. Pool view from room was very good. Host and care taker were proactive, supportive and very kind people.

Property was good but service was at the worst i've never experienced such a worst experience in my travel experience
