coupleIt's a beautiful homestay in goa. The property was built in the 17th century and hence will give proper goan heritage vibes. Although being a homestay, the host has provisioned all hotel amenities. The breakfast is very homely, simple and tasty. Would highly recommend you to book this.

familyIts a heritage property dating back to 1600s as per the host. David is the best host and is very helpful. Property needs some maintenance but the hosts make up for the lack of facilities. Nicely located in a quiet neighbourhood but accessible.

coupleIt's a great place, tucked away inside the picturesque village of batim, and yet close to the highway. Panjim city is a 20 minute ride. You can go to any of the eateries or bars in panjim. We didn't get time to explore the village but others were going for strolls around the lake and also to a nearby beach. Definitely worth a stay.

Beautiful, quiet & peaceful stay; super clean room & hot shower with all modern conveniences, including wifi. It was an authentic place to stay. Owners are friendly & offering to help with anything you may need. I really enjoyed my stay there! the restaurant serves authentic goan dishes, made as per order.

While i stayed there an extremely short time, the hosts were warm and cordial, making sure the guests imbibed some of the goan culture and heritage. Given the chance, would definitely return!

coupleIt was a pleasant stay. The general ambience is homely. The bed was comfortable. The sit out outside the room was nice. Breakfast was nicely served and in good quantities. It is a bit far away from panjim but that's what makes it different. No restaurants close by. You need your own transportation to get there. All in all a recommended placenta stay for a quiet short trip.
