Casa Mia

The location is near six mile, the food is average but the canteen does not operate on all days and dependent on availability of chef. Service is good however, please ask for clean rooms and pest controlled since some rooms are not properly cleaned and have pests. The safety standard in the guest house in terms of covid 19 prevention has relaxed over time. The room sanitisation and social distancing including wearing of mask is not very pro active. Over time the covid prevention measures have relaxed and the staff has also relaxed the covid prevention initiatives such as sanitisers are not frequently used and masks are not mandated. It is advisable to undertake safety measures as own initiative.

Stay was pleasant in general. Guesthouse is located in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. I came to attend a conference at the kayaks tetra auditorium so the location was convenient for the main purpose of visit. However it's quite far from the shopping area and there aren't any popular restaurants nearby. Food provided was decent. Breakfast consisted of maida rotis. The room is well maintained except flooring. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Staff are kind and helpful. Economical overall.

Very nice location. Food was awesome. Nice hospitality. The response was nice and good peoples around. Just that a bit network problem and noise outside room and the bathroom drainage was not that good. Rest was awesome. Will look forward to it next time and will suggest others also. Environment was very homely and very nice place.

A comfortable and good stay. The quality of the bed DIDNT meet my expectation. And the lady staffs BEHABEAR during checkout was very UNPROFETIONAL. I would like to thank Mr. UTPAL and his friend Mr. T. Shaikia for making my stay a comfortable one. They are very friendly and professional. Wish them all the very best for future.

Nice, comfortable, peaceful, homeley stay . Food is relatively costly, but the case is same in the locality. Could improve on the breakfast quality as well as morning tea would accentuate tyr overall experience . Overall a good homestay for people on budget

Wonderful courteous service. The place is neat and clean homestay. The room is BIG and facilities are convenient. Location is a little in the street, but gives quiet accommodation in the city.

Cramped parking, no choice in breakfast menu, and you can't change the quantity of food. Its the guesthouse which decides that how much a person should eat in breakfast lunch and dinner.

Staffs were helpful, guest house located in good location. Rooms were clean.
