So dirty room. dog potty infront of door. I feel vomiting whole night. So dirty room bathroom. Smelling comes from the room

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I didn’t even stay at the hotel because it was very unhygienic. Please help me out. While i was booking, i saw it said that i could cancel before checking in.

The staff was really good. It was a good stay i liked how the people there tried everything in their hands to make us feel comfortable and were tirelessly working to do everything we demanded for. Although the place was not very high class, the simplicity of the place impressed me.

Worst experience. The rooms were very dirty, and also had a very disgusting smell, we requested for a new room but all the rooms were in terrible condition. We left after staying for just five minutes. We requested for a refund but did not receive any.

Casa mi a has been my go to homestay whenever i visit ghy for works. Earlier the charges were reasonable now they come at my door and tell me to not book online and then closes availability. They charged me 300 extra for offline booking. Bathroom water were not available for 2 straight hours in the morning. Room didn't have a ceiling fan. As a goto customer, i feel hugely disappointed. I think the owner need look after the the guest house more.

I have no issues with the stay but the kitchen was in operational whenever asked and also due to non availability of proper parking, my vehicle got damaged by some unknown source when it was parked outside the hotel premises, so in my point of view it was bad experience.

Actually mosquitoes was all over room, bed linen was too old and dirty, we hardly manage to spend a night. Done.

The manager son mono kalita behaviour is very good, he is very much helpful

It was a worse experience. Room was smelling with no water and full of mosquitoes. It was really a bad experience.

Place is very ausum u can go to any place from here bars n clubs are near by u easily get cabs which comes to x act location

It was good, homely and peaceful. I recommend it as a suitable guest house at guwahati for family trip.

The staff were so friendly. The host mr. Kalita was too cooperative. The room was good as compared to the price. .
