CASA Residency

Stayed for around 7 hours in order to catch my evening flight. 15 minutes to the Airport. Clean basic AC room, tea-coffee maker in room, clean washroom with water heater. Good WiFi. Location was in a residential area with no noise. The staff were very helpful. They assisted me in getting food delivered throw Swiggy. The guest house serves breakfast I didn't avail but does not have any arrangements for lunch and dinner. Loved the homely place.

Location was good. Stay was nice. Service was great. The chef was away during our stay, so the kitchen was closed and we had to go out for our meals. However, they still arranged for the free breakfast we had booked
The room was nice, but a few things were missing, like a latch on the door, and there were too many mosquitoes

This was my second stay here and it was not so pleasant this time around. There was noone at the reception when i arrived and the aecurity guard did not know which room to assign. Had to wait for half an hour but still noone came to man the reception counter. Finally after some argument, the security guard assigned a room to us.

It's a guest house. The room was clean and staff are courteous. Willing to help always. Decent stay. They don't have dining in the guest house. They arrange breakfast, however for dinner you could place order online or walk for some distance. There are plenty of restaurants. Over all I Am happy.

Property is between airport and railway station. Ambiance is good, staff is kind but only problem is room ventilation. There is no window for rooms. Feel safocated, otherwise bathroom and room where clean. Best part is outside food allow, you can order from zomato, swiggy.

Nice budget friendly stay. Located at prime location all the major attractions places are in the radius of 5-6km. Staff was friendly need to bit improve the hygiene to washroom. Breakfast was very good i tried a loo paratha and tea. Rooms are big and comfortable

The deluxe rooms and the corridors were clean and were provided with all the mentioned facilities such as ac, tv, electric kettle. The CASA Residency staff was also very helpful and tried to resolve all the complaints that we had. Pleased with the stay.

Good and comfortable stay but requires few more eminites. Overall good.
Stay in casa was comfortable and as there is always a scope for improvement, CASA may come up excellent being only 6 months old. Overall a comfortable stay.

Clean, spacious rooms. Hospitable staff. Located near railway station. Food joints near by. Dinner facility not available inside the CASA Residency. Water bottles were very old and distorted.

Good CASA Residency and good staff but need more awareness in covid19 period.

A nice home-like experience. Staffs were cooperative and friendly. The place has some good artefacts and artworks on display. A good place to spend some quality time in bhuvaneshwar.
