Casa Rio Resort Athirapilly

Stay was good, room was nice, drawback i see was they didnt provide the slippers as given and provided dental kit and bath towel for only one person as we 2 person stayed. Apart from this what i hated at first was the food menu , the menu was filled with north indian delicacies and europe cuisines kerala cuisines bla bla . So we decided to order north indian chickn dish at noon they said we dont have it. Then at night we decided to order steak as on the menu they again replied they dont have it, we were pissed off just because they dont have the food which are on the Menu!!! Then why are they giving menu card to us. Finally what we got to eat was the normal kerala paratha, chickn machurian, chikn biriyani, fried rice, butter chikn, which we get from anywhere😖 dissappointed.. got a request is that please provide the menu of food items that you guys actually make. Or else dont provide the menu

I would like to start with, expressing that the location of the resort is really great, by the banks of the chalakudy river. With water running around and breath taking athirapally waterfalls from the resort, makes it very exhilarating. Cherry on the cake, was the resort stay experience and hospitality of the staff. The staff were very courteous and forthcoming for any help without getting annoyed. Food at the resort was very tasty and hygienic. Also the maintainence of the resort was splendid both indoors and outdoors garden. Additionally the facilities like pool, basket ball, shuttle court, table tennis in the open air, was really nice with the river side view. It is worth a stay

Great property close to the falls and right on the river with river access. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the gym, cafe, gardens, pool etc. Staff were great and very professional and all our requests were done in minutes. Few other families were staying which meant the property is good for families or couples. Cafe food was good too. Highly recommend the property.

Casa rio is a fabulous oroperty on the banks of chalakudy river. The property is a luscious wild beauty. The staff are really cordial, polite and extremely helpful. The food was yummy. The music. The pool. The river bank. Everything was j us wow. Will surely recommend it to friends

We stayed for 1 day, food was really excellent, spacious rooms and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the river access and surrounded areas friendly employees made our stay comfortable. We felt price is little higher for 1 day and also missed buffet and fun activities may be non season

Beautiful property touching river, athirapalli falls within 700 meters, well maintained property, staff is very courteous. River, mountain, waterfall just next to u. Breakfast is good. Food is good but limited variety.

The property is finely located on the river side with a beautiful view of the athirapally waterfalls. The rooms are near and clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. We really had a good experience.
