The property is quite old or poorly maintained The pool is difficult to access since its attached to the owner's property rather than the villa that's on rent. The caretaker is very cooperative though.

family with 1 kid- Good for families. Old property. Looks different from pics Needs maintenance, not just painting. Bedding needs anti fungal treatment. Location is convenient.

Spacious villa. Location is convenient. Property maintenance and cleanliness (floors, bedaheets etc) not up to the expectation. Cant cover up oldage with painting any more.

groupover all very good owner behaviour and care taker all faciality in the villa. Bedroom room curtains bed sheets pillows clean. kitchen is also very good and all kitchen crockeries available. and the main good point is not any kind of involvement owner and no restrictions any kind of activity you done. swiming pool is also big and water is clean. no any hidden charges. also near very good restaurants EDWARDS YARDS. The food is very tasty specilay yellow daal.

The villa itself was nothing short of spectacular. The architecture was elegant and the interior design was tastefully done. Each room exuded a sense of luxury and comfort. The furnishings were well-maintained, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen decor to the high-quality amenities provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the private pool area. It was beautifully designed and provided a serene oasis for relaxation.

hi all ....we stay in casa Verde for 5 days with family...the location is calm and quiet as we desired in the break....for food Edward restaurant is just like heaven for us...but in terms of hygiene I suggest need little attention from the owner side.
