“Overall Good Stay, Location Signage Could Improve”

We found it a bit difficult to locate the property as the nameplate was not clearly visible from the road. The room was nice and equipped with all the basic amenities. However, the internet was not working, and when we asked, the property owner acknowledged the issue and explained that a cable cut had caused the failure. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was good experience with this hotel, Food was too good. Must try pizza and breakfast also good. Only limited option available in breakfast. Room was specious. Bathroom was clean. For Hot water you need to call reception. For location please do not follow google map just call hotel and ask them to share the exact location. Over all experience is good

You mentioned two main concerns: the lack of support from our staff and the cleaning was only done after multiple requests. I would like to address your first issue regarding staff support. From check-in to check-out, we provided significant support, including assistance with your luggage. Your family checked in late in the evening, and your original booking was for 2 executive rooms. However, we upgraded your room to a family room at no extra cost prior to your arrival, As only one Executive room was on the first floor. We have given both upgraded family rooms side by side. This was done to ensure a comfortable stay for your family without any request on your part. Additionally, we found a wallet in your room containing valuable bank cards and some cash ids proofs. We notified you immediately and arranged for it to be couriered back to you, which you successfully received. Our breakfast hours are from 8 AM to 10 AM. Your entire family arrived at 10:45 AM. We accommodated your late arrival and extended breakfast service until 11:30 AM. You continued to order breakfast even after that time, which was acceptable to us. Regarding your concern about room cleaning, I must clarify that this is a completely false allegation.Our housekeeping staff was dispatched to clean your room as soon as we received your call. Since you were travelling with children, there may have been instances where the room became untidy, but we responded promptly to your requests. Mr. Joel Sam Thomas, could you please clarify where my team was not supportive from extended breakfast time to upgraded rooms and lost & found item to courier .Your feedback is currently unclear to others. I want to clarify that it was functioning properly; however, water was present everywhere in the wash area except for the shower. When we received your call, we promptly provided you with another room. Your second concern was regarding room service, as you indicated your breakfast was delivered after two hours. This is absolutely not correct. We delivered your food within 15 minutes. Please note that you ordered from the à la carte menu, not from a buffet, so it would not have been possible to receive your breakfast within two minutes. the room is spacious and large that can accommodate up to 4 adults. it was clean and neat. however the shower never worked throughout my stay. no water! and the person at the front desk can be more enterprising rather than behaving like he is doing his guests a favour! first rule of hospitality is to make someone feel welcome…

Could you please tell me what you asked for that we did not provide, and what the reception staff did that was rude? Initially, the hotel offered a rate of 2000- net per room for 2+1, which you denied, stating it was too high. You went to another hotel to find a cheaper rate but were unable to find accommodation. Finally, you booked a room through Make My Trip for Casabela, and we welcomed you with a smiling face. Please note that if you book a room in a hotel, whether you stay for 4 hours or 21 hours. The hotel charges are the same depending on the hotel or resort. Saying unnecessary in the back the hotel staff was rude is not the point. Even we called you to check the matter but you didn't answer.
