It was a pleasant stay, staff is cooperative and too humble. Location is peaceful and cozy. Easily search-able from any cab. Nearest metro station is sikanderpur. Everything is great about the property as per the tariff charged. Keep upgrading the infra. It will help in attracting more visitors. Kudos to the entire team

businessMy recent stay at hotel casagrand was truly disappointing. The incessant leaking water sounds throughout the night made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To add to the frustration, there was absolutely no room service, leaving us to fend for ourselves. And as if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning in the room was far from chilling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. 1

Mr. Shahid really sorry to hear that … would like to put my view for this too .. you cannot malign our image based on personal issues. You checked in and stated for 4 hrs then cane to us that you have done change in plan and want to check out. You wanted refund and even called Mmt customer care, when it didn’t solve your purpose you threatened us. We have really satisfied long term guests as well a few frustrated ones like you who try to malign the image of a business for a personal issue. We gave you good service in all aspects, allowed guests in your room too without any charges. You tried your level best to extract money from us despite staying and taking services to which you failed and gets that frustration in your review. Wish you all the best and god bless you. We work day in day out to serve our customers.

Really bad owner and staff

Had to pay extra while checking in and even got a very small room beside the kitchen which was always loud. Asked several times to refund my booking but denied and disrespected. Completely awful customer service

You were given option to take super deluxe . Refund on same day that too after checking in for 2 hours and using the room is nit allowed.

Very average, not worth it, there are better options around

They didn't give us the room we had booked for almost 4-5 hours. We were extremely tired and had to keep waiting for them to give us the room we paid for. Bedsheets were dirty. No proper toiletries were available. Nothing to recommend.
