Excellent Homestay worth the money spent

I was very worried on seeing review in Makemytrip before booking this property. We stayed in Robusta for 3 nights. What a stay it was what a gem this place is. The room cleanliness the view from room everything was superb. Kiran who takes care of the place is the hero there he gives unexpectedly excellent services with a smiling face. In terms of food now, complimentary breakfast is homecooked and very tasty(you wont feel its just a normal complimentary breakfast) other food option on pay basis are also cooked really well. There own fishery was a addon that we found to have fresh fish

nothing was provided like the instructions(complimentary pedal boat and trek was not provided) Food should be informed before no backup for food no proper lunch or dinner

We’d like to clarify that while we offer a variety of complimentary amenities, a pedal boat service is not among them and has never been part of our offerings. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding as we do not advertise or provide this activity. Regarding the Jeep safari, we understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions—particularly rain—such outdoor activities may occasionally be cancelled for the safety of our guests and staff. We always prioritize guest safety and do our best to inform and assist with alternative arrangements when such situations arise. As mentioned prior to your arrival and at check-in, our Resort provides breakfast and dinner only, and lunch is not included in our meal service. We always aim to provide clear and accurate information to help our guests plan their stay. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. The stay was just like an awesome, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Adi was full supportive in terms of all the aspects. We took dinner as additional and the food was very delicious. Staff was also very supportive. Finally ad i thanks making our stay pleasant and peace.
