familyThough the category of the hotel is 4 star, it actually lacks the facilities which a 4 star hotel should offer. But still it's a nice heritage castle and gives a feeling of staying in a palace amid-st village. The food ( at dinner ) and the complementary breakfast is very basic. One doesn't have more choice of cuisine. It offers various amenities like pool, games room, a small stud farm with beautiful horses and a small ride to the village. Overall it's a worth trying stay at this heritage palace.

We visited this place on 1st January. This place is really far from Chittorgarh and is an average place. Not suitable for couples. They mentioned to have a swimming pool but it’s a baby pool . Also rooms don’t have intercom, if you need anything you’ll have to go all the way to reception or take one of the bell boy’s number in advance. The food was really bad. No variety and no quality.

Beautiful haveli but not good for family

It is value for money. The hotel is as beautiful as the photos, but it is in a remote place about 15 km off of highway from Bassi. It was dark when we got there as the electricity was gone. It was raining. The road was lonely without any lights. So we were not sure where we were going, but we didn't have much choice. When we reached the hotel, it was dark and a group of guests was partying. But again, we didn't have much choice, and the rooms/bathrooms were good and spacious, so we decided to stay. The staff was courteous. In the morning, everything seemed fine. We saw beautiful surroundings and there were school kids in the village. So we felt better. It had rained overnight and the roads were overflowing dangerously. We were almost stuck. But our driver took some calculated risk and got us out. So this is a very beautiful hotel, but I have 3 pieces of advice- 1) Don't go in monsoon. 2) Travel to and from the hotel during the daytime. 3) Avoid taking family, if you can.

Best ever outing of my life. All the characters of a heritage but maintained and presented so considerately that looks like another home. Owners have a great understanding of human psycho. Will find everything so soothing, so pleasant- no extra flashes of light, no extravagant decorations, no external pomp and show, yet so nicely crafted everything. Soul touching peace and solace. Nature at its best. Prompt check in and check out, so helping and courteous staff. Everything was mesmerizing. Environment was spellbinding.

Need to improve the food quality

We were offered a great room, the room was very good very spacious a different experience. Altogether of Haveli type the swimming pool was well maintained the only thing disappointing was the dinner, we had because we were served Buffet with foreign travellers which we didn't like.
