Castle Kanota (A Weekend Getaway)

Good Property but poor management. Limited Services but nice staff. AC deluxe room pictures showing bathtub but not available however they upgraded after escalation. Food was good in taste but limited items available and it was little costly ( No tandoor items were available and no dine in room service is there ). Restaurant is on first floor to which you have go through a narrow staircase which was full of mosquitoes . We could not use the pool because of ongoing renovation just by the pool.

Great hotel, regal ambience! The property will not disappoint you, if you are looking for being treated as royalty! Look forward to some sumptuous breakfast and great chai!!

The location is a hidden gem, it has got perfect ambience, great food, great service with so many attractions like horse stable, their own farm and what not! The restaurant and its food is top notch!

Property location is good. No amenities, food is also not good. They have big menu but food is served from buffet only. No other order excepted n charged from main menu. No facility. Do not recommend for family.

Place was huge, historic and decent but property is undergoing some renovations, so some amenities are average

AC was not working in the royal suite, could not sleep the whole night, next day were shifted to a different room

Property is a good heritage property but lacking in service. Airconditioner does not work properly and in this heat weather condition, better check the cooling before check in.There is no room telecom service and you to dial the mobile for each and every service you order.

We booked it because it's pet friendly But The taps were leaking Very little water in the shower Hot water was not properly available The room allotted was so far that the food used to get cold No phones in room to contact Need to remind many times for any service No blender for cold coffee Rooms were really small Extra bed placing was difficult in it

Property was good. But sarvice was not good. If hotel increase service. Than no match.

Our stay was simply awesome. The royal family stays in the property and they were so kind in upgrading our room. The castle gives you a real experience of staying in a royal fortress. The food is also very good. Totally worth it for this price ! i am happy to do a video blog on this place in future.

The staff is poorly trained, food variety not available, cooking plain simple food is ok, frequent power cuts and availability of hot water for showers is doubtful. Toiletries are inadequate. The complex is away from city disturbances and in a serene atmosphere.

The property is actually a castle that belongs to the royal kanota family. The family still stays within the property and each member is extremely down to earth and extremely welcoming. For a very decent price, you get enjoy the greatest experience of royalty along with fine wining and dining. The property is replete with great landscaping and lush green gardens. There's an array of animals on the property including horses, geese, dogs, parrots and cows. Its dog friendly too. Truly remarkable experience!

Our stay (13. 08. 22) at castle kanota suite was pathetic. We could not continue our stay fullest, we had to check out before night. Housekeeping was terrible, room service was slowest possible, toilets were uncleaned, food was intolerable. We were offered only three dishes in the lunch and one of them was repeated in the, so called complimentary dinner. Gulab jamun as sweet dish were burnt and damaged. We kept on complaining at various level at different time as it further escalated to higher management as well but. We infact felt terrible and checked out at 10. 30 pm in the night. It was nightmare and sheer waste of money.
